论新时代背景下的青年观

　　摘 要 当“青年”一词更多地作为一种贬义词出现在各大报刊杂志、网络媒体的曝光栏里，端正正确的青年观实属迫在眉睫。而塑造新时代背景下的青年观，需要高等院校、社会、青年自身三方形成合力，才能为一种价值观念培育滋长的空间。在此过程中，学院应从辅导员和自身管理制度入手；对于社会来说，发酵价值导向正确的舆情正是丹纳所谓的“时代气候”，而鉴于青年自身而言，理想信念不该外浮于形，而是深刻于内。
