1.前言 preamble

一份标准英文合同通常可以分为前言（preamble）、正文（operative part）、附录（schedule）及证明部分即结束词（attestation）四大部分组成。 前言（preamble）由“parties”及“recitals”两部分组成。

“parties”为必备条款，在很多时候称为“commencement”即合同的开场白，主要介绍合同各方的名称或姓名、注册地及地址、邮编及在合同中的简称。当然，并不是所有的合同都要详细介绍以上诸要素，在许多简单合同中，只是提一下各方的名称。

i. 以下为“parties”的常用表达方式：

i. 常见的定义语句常用mean, refer to, be construed as, include等来表达。如：

1. "territory" means the united states of america.“销售地区”是指美利坚合众国。

2. “commencement date” shall mean the date of signing this agreement by the last signing party hereto.

英文简历是使用英文写的简历。英文简历(resume)并无固定不变的单一形式，应聘者完全可以根据个人的具体情况来确定采用何种形式，灵活设计。

做英文简历可不能按照中文简历的要求来写，因为中文简历和英文简历无论在基本要求还是企业要求等方面都是不一样的。也就是说简历的内容以及招聘者的审核标准都是不一样的，为此做英文简历必须重视以下十个问题才行。

不要使用任何简历模板，因为根据相关调查得出的结论是使用简历模板获得的机会会大大降低的，因为外企比较看重个人创造力而厌恶那种复制的风气。

简历必须具备专业性，也就是简历里的内容一定要突出重点才行，该写的写、有用的写，没有用的或者无关的全部扔掉以免影响简洁度，老外的风格就是简洁至上而讨厌任何多余的东西。

不要出现任何夸张性的东西，因为夸张的语句给人一种很不实在的感觉，对于外国人来说本来就喜欢直白而你却塑造了一种自吹自擂的印象，外国人能够对你产生什么好感吗?他们最厌恶的急是华而不实或者拐弯抹角、油嘴滑舌的人。

不要在简历里把政治面貌状况进行说明，因为政治在外国人眼里不值一文，但是他们却会顾及你的政治身份，也就是说他们不希望你带有政治方面的身份以免影响工作。

经历丰富但是不能什么都说，你可以把正式工作、兼职、实习等具有实践性的经历都写出来，但是和应聘关联度不大的经历是不能出现在简历里的，这样会影响审核简历的速度。

不要把你会的软件全部写进简历，虽然老外对计算机能力比我们更加看重，但是你一定要展现你真正熟悉的软件以及对工作有帮助的软件，不要在简历里加上所有软件。

姓名要按照外国标准写，不要按照香港或者个人喜欢的方式写，要知道姓名可是留档的，而不只是在工作当中用下而已。如果姓名不符合标准写法那么被淘汰的概率很大，连名字都不写清楚可是令人不能容忍的。

语言一定要准确并且精练，没有本事弄出复杂的语句就不要弄了，到时候弄得一个句子出现那么多的问题，这样的语句叫人家怎么看得懂了?还有注意缩写的情况，一定要遵守标准写而不能按照个人想法，该缩写的时候就缩写，不该缩写则不要偷懒或者认为可以缩写。

做得好的部分：

1.结果相比上次好了一点，上台的时候我只有小小的一点紧张，原因是做好了较充足的准备，稿子基本上能够背出来，然后在上台之前特意放松了一下自己的心情，更重要的，我想是来自身边组员的支持，有他们，我知道我不用孤军作战，只需要把自己的部分做好就可以了。

2.在演讲的时候我刻意保持自己的站姿，避免歪歪斜斜的。

3.声音还算清晰稳定，据骷髅坚反映说有气场! 这是出于不断练习所产生的一点点自信。

不足之处：

1.英文并不能做到脱口而出，个别的词语还是会卡壳，相比伦姐的英语，只能自行惭愧。

2.看观众眼神不够自然，自始至终都忘了看坐第一排的老师。

3.临场应变能力极为欠缺，所幸后来还是把话给说回来了。
