一、 工作总结

上半年主要从事smt生产与不良品返修工作,下班年由于之前招聘的检验人员突然离职,检验工作就落到我的头上,之前只忙于生产也不知道身为检验人员所面临的巨大压力。

二、 在工作中主要存在的问题有:

1、上半年情况:由于目前公司大部分都是外单产品稳定性较差,其中物料比较凌乱,物料编码各家有各家的风格,因生产原因导致的质量问题,时常发生。

2、下半年情况:下半年主要接手检验这一块,从我手中出去的产品是直接面向客户,所以压力比较大。有时经常出现pcba漏检的情况,导致问题板流向客户,客户的满意度下降。

3、在生产中,有时由于生产时间紧促,发现的问题不能马上解决,沟通有难度。

三、工作心得

1、在20xx年的工作实践中,我参与了许多集体完成的工作,和同事的相处非常紧密和睦,在这个过程中我强化了最珍贵也是最重要的团队意识。在信任自己和他人的基础上,思想统一,行动一致,这样的团队一定会攻无不克、战无不胜。

2、平时工作中取得了令自己比较满意的成绩。能够积极自信的行动起来是我在心态方面最大的进步。现在的我经常冷静的分析自己,认清自己的位置,问问自己付出了多少;时刻记得工作内容要精细化精确化,个人得失要模糊计算;遇到风险要及时规避,出了问题要勇于担当。

3、在这几个月的工作中,我学到了很多技术上和细节上的知识,也强化了生产的质量、进度意识;与身边同事的合作更加的默契,都是我的师傅,从他们身上学到了很多知识技能和做人的道理,也非常庆幸在这个时间段能有他们在身边。我一定会和他们凝聚成一个优秀的团队,做出更好的成绩。

四、工作教训

发现自己离一个职业化的人才还有差距,主要体现在工作技能、工作习惯和工作思维的不成熟,也是我以后要在工作中不断磨练和提高自己的地方。总结一下,自己在这几个月的工作中主要有以下方面做得不够好:

1. 工作的条理性不够清晰,要分清主次和轻重缓急

在生产时间很仓促的情况下,事情多了,就一定要有详实而主次分明的计划,哪些需要立即完成,哪些可以缓缓加班完成,在这方面还有很大的优化空间。

2. 对流程不够熟悉

在几个月工作中,发现因为流程的问题而不知道如何下手的情况有点多,包括错误与缺漏还有考虑不到位的地方,对于这块的控制力度显然不够。但说到底对流程很熟悉才是项目很好完成的前提。

3. 工作不够精细化

平时距离精细化工作缺少一个随时反省随时上报的过程,虽然工作也经常回头看,但缺少规律性,以后个人工作中要专门留一个时间去总结和反思,这样才能实现精细化。

4. 工作方式不够灵活

在开发的过程中,周围能利用资源的就要充分利用,不要把事情捂在自己手上,一是影响进度,二是不能保证质量。做事分清主次,抓主要矛盾,划清界限,哪些是本职工作,哪些是提供的帮助,哪些是自己必须要做的,都要想清楚。怎么和其他部门进行沟通,怎么和本部门人员进行沟通,怎么才能提供高质量的服务又不会多做职责外事情,以后是需要重点沟通学习的地方。

5. 缺少平时工作的知识总结

这几个月在工作中有了进步,但仍不够,如果每天、每周、每月都回过头来思考一下自己工作的是与非、得与失,会更快的成长。在以后的工作中,此项也作为重点来提高自己。

6、认知度不够

由于目前我的工作定性不是很准确,操作和调试贴片机,aoi编程,aoi检验,问题板返修,bga植球返修,都是目前我要做的工作内容,有时候缺乏全局观念,对工作定位认识不足。从而对工作的最优流程认识不够,逻辑能力欠缺,结构性思维缺乏。不过我相信,在以后的工作中,我会不断学习和思考,从而加强对工作的认知能力。

五、工作计划

来年我可能会把主要的精力都会集中在产品质量方面,希望公司能够再招聘一个全检人员来协助我把smt产品品质提升上去,如果有需要希望能够在来年的smt班组内部成立一个”产品质量波动分析改进小组”,借鉴与我上一家企业成功的质量管理模式:

1、抓产品质量源头:发现可能会出现的质量异常,应及时做出反应,并做好相关的记录以备案例分析。

2、生产质量控制:产品好坏在生产的过程中就能大概知道一二,尽量保证生产的每一片pcba合格率都在100%,有问题及时反馈并记录,对于无法知晓原因的问题做好记录并反馈。

3、产品质量检验:条件允许的情况下,目检,全检,抽检都要有,产品质量的好坏不是哪一个人能够完成的,希望能够得到领导们的支持和同事之间的相互帮助。确保产品出厂合格率为100%,客户满意度为100%。

4、每个月末对上月所采集的质量数据加以分析并改进,利用我之前在上家公司所采用的鱼骨分析法,对质量波动较大的问题细分化,找到问题的源头,确保问题可控性。

其中,以下几点是我来年重点要提高的地方:

1、工作要注重实效、注重结果,一切工作围绕着目标完成;

2、要提高大局观,产品质量是否能让他人满意对我们放心;

3、把握一切机会提高专业能力,加强平时知识总结工作;

4、精细化工作方式的思考和实践。

在今后的工作中要,多听、多看、多想、多做、多沟通,向每一个员工学习他们身上的优秀工作习惯,丰富的专业技能,配合着实际工作不断的进步。

20xx年,我主要负责smt贴片,从刚开始接触贴片换料时的经常出错,到现在能够熟练操作并且错误发生率明显下降,从新产品的试产,到生产工艺的成熟,从对产品的一知半解,到熟悉整个作业流程和客户要求,这期间让我学习到了不少知识,但同时也感受到伴随而来的压力,当然,有压力才有动力,在此期间,在上级领导的帮助、指导下,通过自身的学习,并不断的实践,目前已掌握了smt拉长应有的专业技能,同时也有信心胜任smt拉长岗位的工作。

二、质量方面

在这一年来,我经历了岗位的变动、技能的熟悉阶段、新产品的试产,起初,对生产质量的控制不到位,也导致较多不良品的产生,但我知道,产品品质就是公司的命脉,针对品质部的投诉,进行原因分析,对质量薄弱环节进行改善,通过几个月来耐心的跟踪、验证,不良率不断下降,产品品质呈上升趋势。

三、培训方面

7—9月份,由于我所负责的区域,新老员工不断交替,人员流动性比较大,这给我工作带来较大的困难,如何控制不良品的产生,成了车间的最大困难。

这个时候,我利用前几个月公司上级领导跟我们讲解的如何处理问题的方法,对车间的问题进行分析,要控制好产品的质量必须从源头进行控制,那就是培训,因此,我在做好日常工作的同时,把大量的精力用到培训上面,包括新员工的入职培训、物料员如何配料、丝印员在转线、调机应注意哪些问题……慢慢地,随着人员技能的熟练,操作手法的规范,生产质量也得到稳步的提升。

四、工作安排方面

随着公司的成本控制,车间也进行了相应的调整,现在每班固定13人,在人员工作安排方面,基本上能根据实际生产情况,随时做出较为合理、有效的调配,并考虑如何才能充分调动拉上所有人员的积极性,来提升工作效率,作为拉长我会尽我最大的能力做好这份工作,承担起这份责任,不负各位领导对我的信任。

五、工作计划

4、物料管理。

严格要求物料员做到卡、料一致,每个月最少对仓库物料盘点一次,以便对物料、产品进行追溯。

open the bag and say: “what’s in it? what’s in my schoolbag?”

take out a chinese book. then do the action again. let the ss read the sentence.

2. play a guessing game. pide the whole class into four groups to have a competition.

let them guess: what’s in the bag? how many? purpose: to present the key structures one by one is much easier for the ss to learn and grasp the meanings. proper competition can arouse the ss’ interest in english learning.

3. with the help of the cai to present the dialogue. set a situation to help ss understand: two ss are coming. one girl is carrying a heavy bag on her back. they are talking.

站在世纪尖端,透视过去一年,工作中的风风雨雨时时在眼前隐现,我从一名产线qc升为一车间ipqc。

感谢领导及其同事们对我的培养和关怀,回顾过去一年,我自己有很多的感想和体会,由于自身的素质和业务水平离工作的实际要求还有很大差距。

但我能够克服困难,努力学习,端正态度,积极的向其他同仁请教学习,能踏踏实实认真地做好本职工作,以下是我对xx年工作的一个总结

xx年下半年至今,我主要负责smt贴片,,,,,地灯插件,波峰焊制程检验工作,从对产品的一知半解到熟悉整个作业流程和客户要求,这期间让我学习到了不少知识。

同时也感受到伴随而来的压力“有压力才有动力”这句话,我早已听过,但真正的把压力转为动力这期间要付出一定的努力才能换来,比如smt贴片,刚开始接触贴片时老出错,c2、c6、c3、c4和08gfci c3、c6混料,后来经过自己慢慢摸索,近几月没有出错,刚生产贴片,密密的电阻元件一个一个对,有的看不见还需要放大镜。

但经过自己总结,现在不管、‘拿过来我马上就能分出元器件用哪一产品上使用。

回顾三月,我感慨万千,由于、试产上市,由于本人执行力度不够,学习能力差导致大量不良品流入补焊组,如led灯焊盘翘起占12% ,导电片漏装占0.3% 。

r2电阻面型破皮占23% 。

触点高占23% 。

c180由于江胶过期导致m7掉占0.43% 。

c4掉占6% 。

(由于夹具问题),但经过我耐心跟踪验证,近几月不良率逐步降低,led灯焊盘翘起现已为‘0’。

四月,由于公司节约成本,由原先巡检六人减为四人,虽然有一种心有余力而不足的感觉,但经过我查阅各种关于smt贴片资料又利用业余时间学习电子方面知识,此时我已经渐渐熟悉整个插件流程贴片标准,虽然当时质量问题层出不穷,总受到上道工序的投诉,但经过我的努力及产线组长作业员的配合,平时工作中出现的不良品表清楚的知道补焊合格率同原先95%是升到98.80% 。

已致于现在99.80% ,补焊组合格率的上升是对我工作的最好肯定。

5—7月,由于受经济危机影响当当,公司不是很忙,上级领导给我找一些学习资料来提升自我, 如:1、如何做到管理零缺陷,讲到“三道标准”“四道检验”从中我学到了怎样做一名合格的品质人员,2、现场成本问题分析与解决能力,从中我又学到怎样降低成本提高生产效率管控品质。

8—10月,由于我所带产线组长物料以致新老员工不断交替,给我工作带来了一定的困难,车间的报废量、不良品也随首不断地增加,此时。

我又要抓质量,又要教新员工,从一知不解到清楚了解,一直到新员工熟练掌握,组长、物料员还要不断地和她们沟通物料

摆放以及上线、收线、换线、转线时我们应该注意什么,人员应该怎么安排才不会堆积,流水线才比较畅通等问题。

11—12月,此时公司真正地到了旺季,每天我一楼smt,三楼插件来回穿梭,晚上还要和产线加班加点赶产量,但想想很充实,因为我终于把我这几个月学习到的东西用上了,这两个月由于产品比较多,随着一批新员工到来及来料回用。

线圈架高翘。

静触头2偏移,波峰焊原先调机员自动离职,输入端输出端来料时间过长,可焊性极差,漏插线,保险丝高翘,掉贴片,五金件不上锡等等问题。

我们作为品质人员一刻不能放松,多巡线发现问题及时报找qe分析,找解决措施,已来满足生产需要。

201x年我们随着新的希望与挑战翻开崭新的一页。

如何在以后的工作中取得更好的成绩是我20xx年的目标,也是我考虑已久的问题,在新的一年里我将从以下几个方面展开计划:1、培训。

加强与产线作业员,组长,物料员之间的沟通,建立每个员工应有的责任感和良好的行为习惯,培养作业员工作必须的技能,作业员认识多种产品物料以来保证工作中不出错,将错误扼杀在萌芽状态,如:作业员养成指套、手套、防静电一坐在座位上就戴习惯。

2、执行力。

坚持本人工作原则,凡是早会上宣导过的东西,就一定执行下去,并在任务完成后去检查,因为我相信员工都会做好要检查的事情。

3、找个时间。

每月最少一次,给插件线新老员工进行“电阻色环识别”元件极性及各产品共用电阻培训,纪律巩固培训各产品易用错元件培训。

4、严格控制波峰焊点检,防静电点检工作,严格要求物料员填写质量跟单批次号,一周最少一次去仓库合对物料员提供的批次号已便追溯。
