本学期所使用的是全国中小学教材审定委员会审订通过的《义务教育课程标准实验教科书语文八年级下册》。本教材分为阅读和综合性学习两大部分，书后还有课外古诗词背诵、名著导读和附录等内容。其中阅读分为以下六个专题，即人生轨迹、自然、人与自然、民俗、古人的生活与思想；综合性学习也有六个专题，分别是：献给母亲的歌、寻找春天的踪迹、科海泛舟、到民间采风去、古诗苑漫步、背起行囊走四方。该教材有以下突出特点：（1）立足学生实际（2）体现现代意识（3）弘扬人文精神（4）突出开放性（5）注重策略引导。（ 6 ）学校有《教学参考书》，（7）上网可以随时查询资料。

三、学生基本情况分析

本学期的任课班级为八年级一、二班，其中一班有学生30人，二班学生30人。两个班学生共同的特点是：绝大部分学生的语文素养不高，基础知识掌握不扎实，没有形成良好的学习习惯，缺乏浓厚的学习热情。通过一年半的教学，只有个别学生有语文学习方面有了较大程度的提高，本学期希望在一学期的教学工作结束后，能使多数学生养成良好的自学能力，并且语文素养也有一定的提高。

四、教学方法设计

通过对本学期教学内容和学生实际情况的分析了解，预设以下教学方式、策略、方法与手段：

1、默读课文，迅速抓住课文中的人物、时间、地点、事件发生的经过，了解事件的梗概，把握课文主要内容。

2、加强默读方法的练习，重视语言的积累、体验和评价。注重跨学科学习和现代科技手段的运用。

3、八年级的学生，有了一定的预习能力，在教学过程中，要注重学生自主、合作、探究学习方式的进一步形成，合作交流应强调语言运用的规范性。

4、语文学习重在积累。因此，平时将定期不定期地向学生推荐一些好的文章、好的诗词等。增加学生的日常积累。同时，要求学生尽可能多接触一些课外读物，多关心一些时事，多看一些报纸杂志、时文，以拓展学生的眼界。本学期推荐名著《名人传》、《三国演义》。

5、多给学生一些实践的机会，如让学生自己办手抄报等，让学生在实践中提高自己的能力。鼓励学生利用课余时间常练习字，养成书写规范、端正、整洁的习惯。

6、优化作业管理，培养学生自主学习，自我管理，加强课代表，小组长的模范带头作用和监督作用，力争做到每课过关，单元过关。作业的布置和批改要有所区别，要因人而异，充分照顾到不同学生的特点。

六、教学评价方案

在教学过程中，体现分层次评价，对于学习成绩、能力不同的学生要有不同的评价标准，在关注学困生学习积极性的同时，提高智优生的学习能力，拓展他的视野。

七、个人提高方面

1、定期参加听课活动以及教研组的各项活动，搜集优秀的课例进行研究。

2、写好教学反思、教学日记并及时进行整理，升华为随笔和经验。

3、上好每一节课，精心的科学设计、思路创新的探索以适应大多数学生的实际。

4、加强自身基本功的训练，课堂上做到精讲精练，注重对学生能力的培养。

5、对差生多些关心，多点爱心，再多一些耐心，使他们在各方面有更大进步。

八、关于德育渗透

德育浸透：在语文教学进程中，进一步培育先生的爱国主义肉体，激起先生酷爱家乡言语文字的感情，培育先生社会主义的思想质量，努力开辟先生的视野，注重培育创新肉体和缔造才能，开展先生的智力，培育先生安康高超的审美情味，进步先生的文明档次。开展安康特性，逐渐构成健全人格。这是初中三年的最后目的，本学期要缔造一个良好的气氛，打下根底。

九、课题研究

本学期要认真研究课题《通过语文活动提高学生语文素养》，积极参加各次科研培训，完成各项科研任务。

对于朗读者节目观看心得体会范本五

董卿的《朗读者》(第一期)自2月18日开播以来，持续发酵，口碑爆棚!《朗读者》实力圈粉，豆瓣评分高达9.4!何以有如此效果?初心使然，实力使然，节目使然。我想主要谈谈后者，谈谈我的观后感。

这是一场可人的文化盛宴。这里没有炫目的七彩灯光，没有喧嚣鼎沸的音响，没有美女如云的舞蹈，没有众星欢聚的高潮;有的是主持人董卿与朗读者的亲切交谈，有的是朗读者声情并茂的倾诉，有的是视听者与朗读者的深情共鸣，有的是李云迪钢琴伴奏的和谐悦耳与美不胜收，有的是胡德夫《匆匆》弹唱的警醒后人与余音绕梁。

这里是倾诉者的舞台，无论是爱心使者还是成功人士都有着自己刻骨铭心的故事，想将自己的深情寄予文字中，要读给最给力或自己最想给力的人听，以表达自己的感恩之情，或自己的深爱与祝愿。

爱心大使濮存昕朗读了老舍先生的《宗月大师》，送给治好了他的瘸腿病使他走上人生坦途的恩人荣国威大夫，来表达自己对荣大夫的感恩之情。

无国界医生蒋励朗读了鲍勃·迪伦的歌词《答案在风中飘荡》，送给那些在战争中出生、备受炮火摧残的孩子们，表达对他们命运的同情及对世界和平的希冀。

联想老总柳传志朗读了自己《写给儿子的信》，“我荣幸地有机会给柳林当爹有四十几年的历史了”的开场白，表达了一位成功男人荣升为普通父亲的骄傲与自豪，想看到“创业帝国”那一天的到来的结尾，表达了企业大咖对自己儿子子承父业、创造辉煌的期盼。

普通夫妇周小林、殷洁朗读了《朱生豪情书》(节选)，那“你老了，一定很可爱”“我一天天发现你的平凡，同时一天天逾更深情爱你”的诗句，深切表达了这对浪漫伉俪鲜花山谷之爱恋的愈久愈香醇。

世界小姐张梓琳——20xx年世界选美的夺冠者，用她柔润甜美的声音朗读了刘瑜的《愿你慢慢长大》，送给自己的宝贝女儿，愿她快乐、自由，有勇气，有梦想，有求知欲，有责任心，学会宽容与慈悲，愿她一世安宁，母亲的深爱与祝福溢于言表。

高潮的一幕是96岁的老人著名翻译家许渊冲的出场，一身浅色西装，手拄拐杖，步履蹒跚，满脸笑容，由董卿搀扶着走进了《朗读者》现场，给人的印象是虽高龄但精神;最动人的朗读是许老朗读林徽因的《别丢掉》，不仅仅是声情并茂，而且是热泪盈眶、泣不成声;他对曾经深爱的女同学林徽因爱慕有加，对林徽因失去徐志摩后的痛苦感同身受，“一样是明月，一样是隔山灯火，满天的星，只有人不见，梦似地挂起”;许老不仅是性情中人，而且是有事业心的人 ，他认为“人生最大的乐趣是创造美发现美”，他是名至实归的“书销中外百余人，诗译英法唯一人”，96岁的他活到百岁的目标是将莎士比亚的著作全部翻译完毕，四年的时间要翻译20余本名著，相信每天凌晨三、四点就起床工作的许老，届时一定会大功告成。

朗咏清川飞夜霜，此刻豁然开朗;读尽诗文千万字，吟咏人间天堂。一览《朗读者》，过目永难忘，回观《朗读者》，韵味深且长。

喜闻：董卿的“朗读亭”在全国各地静候朗读者，全国各地的朗读者也纷纷来到“朗读亭”倾诉心声，表达着对他人的感恩与祝福。朗读者的春天来了，文化的春天还会远吗?
