1、4月14日下午全体教职工大会上进行演讲比赛和文艺汇演的动员工作，要求各班主任和相关老师做好宣传发动和选拔、组织工作。

2、4月17日通过板报、通知和校园广播的形式铺开宣传，以配合周一班会课班主任的动员工作。

3、4月17日至4月25日为参赛者的准备时间，学校将在场所、设备上积极予以支持。
