本次夏令营继续采取名师讲座与学术体验相结合、学术交流与增进友谊相结合、严谨求学与愉悦身心相结合的方式组织活动。欢迎各地有志于历史研究的优秀学子尤其是有意来我系攻读研究生学位的同学积极报名。

一、申请资格

1、国内重点高校历史学或相关专业在校全日制三年级本科生(x年应届毕业生);

2、品学兼优，且对历史学研究具有较浓厚的兴趣;

3、国家英语六级考试成绩合格(成绩不低于426分);

4、有意愿报读xx大学历史学系研究生的学生。

二、申请材料

1、报到时必须提交的纸质版材料：

1) x年xx大学历史学优秀大学生夏令营申请表(请在xx大学历史学系网站下载);

2) 个人陈述1份(就个人学习经历、感兴趣的专业及研究方向、研究计划等进行简要陈述);

3) 本科阶段成绩单、总评成绩排名证明文件各1份(由教务部门盖章);

4) 国家英语六级考试成绩复印件1份;

5) 身份证及学生证复印件各1份(身份证复印件须亲笔签名)。

2、非必须提交的材料：体现自身学术水平的代表性学术论文、出版物、获奖证书等材料的复印件(同等条件，优先录取)。

三、申请方式

1、网上报名：

申请人于x年6月20日前登录xx大学x年接收推荐免试研究生申请系统进行网上报名(该系统供xx大学x年优秀大学生夏令营报名用，而非全国推荐免试研究生申请系统)，系统连接：

同时将x年xx大学历史学优秀大学生夏令营申请表电子版发至。

文件名为“夏令营 姓名 本科就读学校”，邮件名称须与文件名一致。(申请表中志愿专业及拟研究方向参照《xx大学历史学系20xx年硕士研究生招生专业目录》填写，见附件)

2、纸质材料查验(待入营时统一查验)：

申请人须将纸质申请材料装入a4信封，信封正面写明“夏令营 姓名 本科就读学校”，待入营报到时提交接受查验，材料不合格者将取消推免资格。

四、录取方式

1、拟录取人数：40人(每校招收营员2~3人)。

2、申请资料的审核与资格的审定由历史学系夏令营组委员会负责。最终录取名单将于x年7月1日前于xx大学历史学系网站：上公布;未录取者，不另行通知。

3、经批准录取的同学请按照具体日程安排的要求，按时报到，如因特殊情况不能参加本次夏令营，请于7月5日前联系相关老师。

五、相关费用说明

我系将为营员提供在营期间食宿费用(住宿安排在校招待所，本地高校学生不提供住宿)及往返火车票费用(须有票根，硬座，不包括动车与高铁。无票根无法报销)。
