1.通过实习，将在在校期间课本上所学的理论知识与实践经验相结合，以达到融会贯通巩固知识的效果，从而发现不足，总结经验，指导学习。

2. 通过实习，培养独立发现问题，分析问题和解决问题的能力。

碧水庄园是xx碧水庄园房地产开发有限公司历经十二年的时间，精心打造的京城最大的独栋别墅之一，地处京城上风上水，雄踞“龙脉”正北方。西有春华秋实、文化底蕴深厚的西山，北连国家森林风景区和历史文物保护区，东南是精英荟萃的亚奥商圈，西南为著名的中关村科技园区，南沙河依傍而过，沙河水库遥遥相对，八达岭高速公路似巨龙蜿蜒侧卧。环山抱水的地理位置独享天地之厚待。碧水庄园分三期建成，占地3300亩，一期、二期、三期共688栋别墅从西到东依次展开，各自独立，又连成一体，井然有序，完整中见差异，个性中见统一。

（一）实习计划（或安排）

1.熟悉实习环境，明确实习任务。

2.在实习中规范操作，提高安全意识，完成承担任务。

3.培养良好的工作心态和锻炼自己在以后的工作中的吃苦敬业精神。

4.实习中注意学习和总结，提高持续学习能力和创新能力。

5.实习中注意表达，沟通和协作，提高人际交往能力和组织能力。

（二）实习过程和具体工作内容草坪品种的识别：

此顶岗实习期间，我们的主要工作是对草坪进行修剪及养护管理，其具体内容如下：

1.碧水庄园内所有园林树木的识别，比如：常见的果树有樱桃、苹果、桃树、李子数、海棠、柿子、山楂等等！观赏树木有悬铃木、银杏、丁香、榆叶梅、连翘、黄栌、栾树等等树种！当然在工作中也是经常见到的，因此，在我们实习中我们要认真的对待工作，识别各种园林植物以及园林花卉，掌握它们的形态特征，包括花、果实、叶形等，了解它们开花的时间和花期的长短！观察它们的季节性变化！例如变叶的彩色树种，常见的变叶树种有紫叶李、黄栌、栾树、银杏、白蜡等！宿根花卉主要有萱草、月季、剑麻、鸢尾、荷兰菊、地棠、美人蕉等花卉种类！在识别园林植物的过程中我们要注意归纳各种植物和花卉的特征，发现它们所特有的形态，利用树木与花卉的特性来识别植物与花卉的物种！因此，在实习过程中只要我们留意到处都是我们学习的东西，我们不仅仅要在工作中学习，而且要在工作之余学习，更多的了解我们专业的的知识，使我们的专业知识更充实。

2.草坪的建植：在实习期间，我们男生对草坪的建植也在前期帮助过几次忙，因此，也对草坪建植相应的有所了解些，其具体有以下几个环节：（1）坪床准备及清理场地还有翻耕平整在我们实习过程中是一起进行的，要求清除场地中的杂物，翻土深度在20-30cm左右。（2）精整场地。（3）是铺植草皮块，这项工作都为女生负责，领导要求是将草皮块按2cm的间距平整铺植。（4）是浇水，第一次透水以后每次1-2天浇一次，保持土壤湿润6-7天。

3.草坪除杂：在此实习期间，草坪除杂对我们来说是一项重大工程，因为都是人工除杂，但掌握了杂草生长规律后，除杂也就变得容易多了，在4—5月份，主要是阔叶性杂草，阔叶性杂草比较喜欢阴，一般在阳光光照不好的地方生长较多。如：房子的背后，树荫下等地方，且阔叶性杂草的根系很发达除杂时相
