作为公司的一名管理者，她承担了一个部门的管理，但她对自己的工作是负责的，工作也是出色的。她具备了工作中应有的专业技能，而且在棘手事务处理上和工作精神的贯彻上，都展现出了高水平的管理能力和协调能力。她乐于传授并不断升华管理理念，这是一项真正的管理者必须做到且永无止境的工作。
