第五条乙方负责安排有资格和有能力的译者对作品进行准确性确的翻译，译者姓名和其资格证明应送交甲方，未经甲方事先书面同意，不得删节、增加或以其他方式修改作。

第六条有磁译本的质量问题，由甲乙双方商定。

第七条乙方将作者的姓名标注在译本的封面、护封和扉页的显著位置，并注明："此版本（书名）系（乙方名称）与（甲方名称）于年月协议出版"。

第八条乙方应于年月日前出版译本。乙方因故未能按时出版，应在出版期限届满前日通知甲方，双方另行约定出版日期。乙方支付愈期违约金，比例为，乙方在双方另行约定的出版日期仍不能出版，甲方可以终止合同，乙方应向甲方赔偿损失，并支付违约金         ，比例为      。
