20xx年9月13日下午,我们到达了实习学校—顺德区中学,先整理了一些住宿的事情。第二天下午与学校领导见面。下午的见面会校长主要介绍了该学校的一些基本情况,如学校的建校历史、学校的地理位置、学校的学生总体情况、学生学习的时间安排等等,同时对我们以后实习的主要内容作了简要的说明。再后来,各指导老师到达会议室,我们分别由各自的指导老师带到所在年级办公室进行我们与指导老师的第一次交流,并在很短时间内将我们分配到了各个指导老师及其所在班级,我们很快就进入了实习教师的角色。

下面我主要从教学和班主任工作两个方面对这近两个月的实习进行总结

根据了解,顺德区xx中学建校于1956年,是一所公办镇属高中,20xx年被评为“广东省一级学校”,20xx年被评为“广东省绿色学校”;20xx年11月,被评为广东省普通高中教学水平优秀学校。20xx年9月,学校才顺利完成初高中分离,实现镇属普通高中办学模式。实习队实习的是高一年级,高一级有13个班,其中火箭班1个,重点班4个,普通班7个。普通班学生德育基础、纪律观念薄弱。多数学生成绩基础处于中等或者中下层次,学习能力弱,接受能力差。而重点班相对好一点点。我教学工作进行的班级是主要普通班,而班主任工作负责的是重点班3班,作为实习班主任对其日常工作进行管理。

来学校的第一周主要教学任务是听课和自己进行试讲工作。实习期间我总共听了7个不同年级的科任老师共45节课。在听课之前,我会先和指导老师了解其所教班级的特点,以便学习老师对不同反应不同水平层次学生的处理方式。然后认真阅读教材中的相关章节内容,想想要是自己讲的话会如何讲;如果是习题课,则上课前认真做完题目,把做题的思路简单记下,并思考盘算自己如何讲才能让学生更好地明白。听课时,认真做好听课记录,重点注意习进行总结

第一周的时候我的指导老师已经和我说过他的教学计划了,所以从第一周就开始进行紧张地备课了。备课并不是简简单单地看看教材就可以了,而是认真梳理教材的内容,吃透教学内容的重难点,根据学情制定适合的教学方法,能用通俗易懂、深入浅出的教学语言讲给学生听,使学生听懂、掌握。备课就已经很不轻松了。本来预计是第二周的下半周才开始自己讲课的,所以周末就比较淡定地在备课,准备周一上午给老师看自己设计的教案与课件,请老师指导、指正。周一请教老师时,老师给了很多宝贵的意见,老师说这里的学生接受水平比较差,所以哪些地方应该要注意多强调,哪些地方要想想怎么讲会收到更好的效果,学生才能够听懂……老师指正完了后就给我安排教学时间了,他说下午有个班就上蛋白质这一节了,叫我先去试一下,当听到这个安排的时候真的好紧张啊,觉得自己都还没准备好要踏上讲台,于是心急火燎地根据老师提出的意见对课件进行修改,然后写教学全案并进行试讲。

下午第二节课终于要踏上我人生中第一次真正的讲台教书育人了。我是实习队里第一个进行讲课的准教师,还记得当时紧张得不得了啊,而且除了知道老师来听我的课,还有其他两个科任老师还有队友都来听课,刚开始真的很忐忑。不过进入教室,开讲后就开始慢慢进入我教师的角色了,心里不再忐忑,更多的是想着如何讲才能够让学生们更好地接受,更容易理解。一节课下来还是听顺利的,不过有些地方强调的不够,因为还有一点时间剩余,不过就用联系来加强巩固学生对本节课知识的掌握了。

课后找指导老师给我评课,老师首先给了中肯的评价,说第一次课上得已经算很不错了,让我不安紧张的心终于放下来了。老师也指出了我很多不足的地方并给予了很多改进建议,老师的点评让我深受启发。例如,很多时候老师们往往担心学生会不懂,所以在课堂上不断地说。可是,老师说的学生又会记住多少呢?所以还是应该放手多让学生自己多说,多做。又如,我的声音有点小,那就可以站到教室中间讲,还可以多走动,观察学生们的反应及表现……接着我就认真进行课后总结与反思,回想自己教学中感觉不足的地方,结合老师给的意见还有队友们的建议,修改完善自己的课件以及教学思路,反思部分知识点如何讲会更加清晰。有机会就找老师给重复课给我上,这个过程真的很享受,很有成就感。

经过几次实战的磨练,现在的我已经基本能够驾驭课堂,胜任教师的角色了。虽然我还有很多做的不是很好的地方,但这次实习真的让深深的体会到教师工作的辛劳,也深刻理解了教学相长的内涵,使我的教学理论变为教学实践,使虚拟教学变成真正的面对面的教学。要想成为一位优秀的教师,不仅要学识渊博,其它各方面如语言、表达方式、心理状态以及动作神态等等都是很重要的,站在教育的最前线,真正做到“传道、授业、解惑”,是一件任重道远的事情,我更加需要不断努力提高自身的综合素质和教学水平。

我担任的是高一(3)班重点班的实习班主任,虽是重点班,但刚开始还是纪律比较差、比较懒散的一个班级。在班主任日常管理工作中,我积极负责,认真到位,事事留心。从早晨7:00到公区、教室进行卫生监督,仪表检查,然后监督早读维持课件纪律,再到课间操,午休管理,眼保健操,自习课以及活动课等等,每样事物都负责到底,细致监督。

当然,刚开始学生们就对我有中距离感了,因为新学期刚开始这里的老师都很严,所以他们对老师都有种畏惧感。学生都不会主动和我交流,而且有些学生还挺高傲的,有点蔑视实习老师的感觉。于是我决定主动出击接近他们,经常到班里去,看到他们作业不对的地方主动指导他们,慢慢地和他们走近。但要真的走进他们还是要经过一段时间的。

给我印象很深刻的是红歌比赛,因为是我第一次花费那么大的精力去为一个班集体组织策划的一个班级比赛。原班主任那周很忙,所以红歌比赛的相关事宜几乎都是我在操作。由于时间紧迫,学生又恨懒散不配合,期间真的很想放弃,但是觉得如果可以在这次比赛中取得成绩,对我们班的凝聚力的提高是有很大帮助的,于是咬紧牙关,组织他们进行训练。期间对他们发了一次很大的火后,就乖点、努力训练了。上场前和原班主任一起交代注意事宜并且鼓励他们,“不管比赛结果如何,你们在老师心中都已经是第一了。”让他们受到很大的鼓舞。结果也很令人感动和欣慰,因为3班的学生很给力,得了一等奖。通过这次比赛,3班的凝聚力得到了很大的提高。

实习期间,我开展了2次主题班会,分别是有关学习方法和追求梦想的。通过主题班会,我相信他们对高中的学习方式都会有一个更好的认识,从而慢慢培养并形成自己的学习模式,更好地适应高中生活。通过主题班会,坚定了他们追求自己梦想的意志。为了实现自己的梦想,每个学生都有了自己新的计划、新的打算,准备朝着自己的梦想一步步的迈进。很期待他们的表现呢!

在不满2个月的实习里,我记住了班里的51个学生,基本上了解了他们每一个人的特点,谁爱讲话,谁很安静,谁不喜欢主动问问题,谁上课不安分,谁有什么才艺……班主任工作虽然忙碌且辛苦,但也带给我很多快乐和成长。让我对如何教书育人有更多的思考,让我学会如何能和学生更好地进行交流。,成为他们亦师亦友的老师。

总之,通过实习,不论是在教学工作方面还是在班主任工作方面,我都受益匪浅。我从一个只会“纸上谈教”的大学生到一个能在课堂上“讲课自如”的准老师;从一个毫无班级管理经验的大学生到一个对班级管理有一定处理能力的班主任。通过实习,我更加明白要成为一名好的老师应该要怎样去努力,走入社会,需要学习的东西还很多。我相信,通过不断地努力,不断地完善自我,未来的路上,我会做到更好。

根据学校安排,我在__中学进行了为期近三个月的实习。

__中学现有标准教室28个,专用教室18个,教学楼班班有投影仪,教学楼集教学、办公、阅览、实验于一体。学校实行的是寄宿制。

我在那里实习的基本资料包括两部分:课堂教学、班主任工作。此外,还有其他的一些工作

我实习的班级有56个学生,是一个很优秀的班级,他们的语文教师,也就是我的指导教师同时还是政教处副主任,颇受关注,他们使用的又是我所不熟悉的新教材,这些都让我颇感压力,因为我作为他们的实习教师,总是要给他们上课的。虽然我生性不是很内向,可是站在讲台上,有那么多的眼睛看你,我还是会感到紧张。所以第一次试讲时,都不明白自我在做什么。经过指导教师韩秀丽教师的帮忙和鼓励,我慢慢放开了一些,从心理上克服紧张情绪,不怕出错,最终能够去讲了。由此,我觉得人必须首先敢于去表达自我,不要担心出丑、丢面子,上了讲台以后,下头有那么多双眼睛盯着你,期待着你的表演,所以必须不能胆怯,要镇定从容,大胆地去说去讲,自信地去说去奖。即使自我并不确定某些知识点正确与否,带了讲台之后也不能表现出来。决不能犹犹豫豫,粘粘糊糊。讲话要做到一点——敢于表达自我。

可是怎样才能上好课,怎样才能教好他们,又是我面临的一个重要而又迫切的问题。

思考之后,我决定先从指导教师的上课风格入手。既然指导教师教的这么成功,学习他的方法、吸收他的经验自然是一条捷径。实习开始的两周,我便专心听指导教师的课,揣摩他的教学风格。指导教师也很负责,很热心地告诉我怎样听课,在课堂上如何观察学生,如何针对不一样的情景作出适当的反应,从而提高教学效果。总的来说呢,指导教师的教学风格是把课堂话语权交给学生,用他的话说就是一节课能让所有的学生都在听都能听明白都能学到东西,这堂课就算成功了。

至于如何把话语权交给学生,主要就是采用教师点拨法,即设问析疑。所谓设问析疑,是教师首先由一篇课文的切入口入手提出问题,然后引导学生回答、分析疑问并由此转入另一问题,最终把学生引导到预定的教学目标中。经过这种设问析疑,在加上适当的讨论,某些课文再结合文体特点,采用品味法、朗读法进行教学。教学的艺术不在于传授本领,而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。那么,怎样去激励、唤醒、鼓舞听课者呢?让他们参与课堂,给予他们更多的机会,惟有这样,学生才会更加的融入课堂,惟有这样,学生的语文水平才会有所提高。

设问析疑无疑是一个较好保证学生参与课堂的一种的教学模式。经过多次实践,我发现这种教学模式有颇多好处,具体的说有助于学生思考多方面的意见,增强学生思维的灵活性,发展了学生清晰明白地交流思想和看法的本事,有助于发展学生分析和综合的本事,鼓励学生专心地有礼貌地倾听,使学生的想法和体验得到了尊重,使学生成为知识的共同创造者。总的说来设问析疑可充分增强学生的创造性、口头表达本事、应变本事以及学生的主动性。

在文言文的教学方面,指导教师韩教师很注重诵读法。让学生反复的读,在读中感悟、读中品味、读中鉴赏,在读中受到熏陶。对那些优秀篇章、名言佳句可反复诵读体味,做到“读了又思,思了又读,自然有味,乃至愈读愈有味,趣味无穷。”例如教学《岳阳楼记》这样的名篇,指导教师就让学生在反复的朗读中体会骈句整齐、琅琅上口的特点,领略范仲淹“不以物喜,不以己悲“的旷达胸襟以及他那“先天下之忧而忧,后天下之乐而乐“的宏大抱负。读时要求学生要“不可误一字,不可少一字,不可多一字。”进一步做到有轻有重、抑扬顿挫的读出感情来,大大增强了阅读的形象感、意蕴感和情趣感。对要求背诵的文言文,韩教师还加强背诵的指导。其中我总结了一下读文言文还要遵循诵读的步骤和规律。第一,读准字音;第二,读清句读、读懂文意;第三读美意境与情感。

在听课的同时,我也对班上学生语文水平进行了调查。经过作文的批改再加上自习时间和课下时间的了解,得知这个班的语文水平还能够,且全班的学习氛围很好,课堂纪律和作文上交情景都很好,学生课前预习也很自觉,更重要的是他们厌恶传统的语文教学,他们不喜欢教师垄断课堂。显然,指导教师的教学方法是十分适合他们的。

新教材也是我需要研究的一个重要资料。新课改强调的是合作学习、自主学习、探究学习,无疑,新教材的指导思想肯定是要充分发挥学生的主动性、创造性。指导教师在课余还教我如何去研究教材,如何去备课。他要求我先熟悉课本,然后在课本中挑选几篇我认为对学生有帮忙,或者与高考相关的文章,去编写教学案。要挑选对学生有帮忙的,或者与高考相关,这就要求我了解学生的需要,了解高考的要求和趋势,工程量可谓浩大,但不可否认这是必须的。好的教学当然是能够满足学生需要的教学,这种需要可能是现实的参加高考的需要,也可能是解决学生关于生活、关于人生的迷惑的需要,而满足后面一种需要对于语文学科来说是很重要的,当然,前一种需要也是不可忽视的,毕竟这是一个极其现实的问题,不是单单一个“应试教育”的指责所能逃避的。

了解了学生的需要,高考的形势之后,便开始着手编写教学案。指导教师告诉我,教学案是教师和学生一齐使用的,不一样于一般的备课,除了要体现教学思路,还要给学生留下思考的空间。教学案中的问题应当是具有启发性的,对理解课文、感受作者写作意图起关键作用的。教学思路不是大问题,这些启发性问题的设置就大有学问了,不仅仅要对教材十分熟悉,有透彻的理解,还要有自我的独特感悟,十分地费脑筋。

在备课方面,指导教师也给了我讲述了一些注意事项。备课时,不要巨细无遗,那样在上课的时候可能很难找到要讲的东西,最好只是提纲挈领的一些东西,再补充一些重要的关键性的知识,具体的用到的知识,自我应当十分熟悉,记在脑中。上课的时候不是照本宣科,而是根据课堂的进展情景,适时调整教学。

在指导教师的帮忙下,我在语文教学这个方面的实习能够说还是成功的。

班主任工作也是实习的一个重要方面。班主任是一个班级的管理者,教育者,也是一个班级的设计者,除了正常的教育教学工作外,还负责沟通协调好任课教师和学生的关系,任课教师之间的关系,学生之间的关系,可谓任重道远。班主任的工作真的是十分烦琐的,事无巨细,都要过问。早上要很早到班级检查早读情景,还要做好考勤工作,在别的教师上课期间,还要不时到班级外面转上一圈,检查学生的上课情景,做好教学工作计划,有时候还要帮忙任课教师维持班级秩序,这些都是班主任每日必修的功课。同时我也从中也学习到了,班主任与学生交流和建好一个班级的经验。

因为指导教师是政教处副主任,我的办公桌也被安排在校长办公室里。没课的时候,也会帮忙做一些工作,比如复印、传达一些文件,办公室里没人的时候帮着接接电话,遇到工作繁忙的时候,也帮着接待来访的人,布置会场等。虽然都是很琐碎的,没有什么实质技术含量的工作,但我却在这些工作中学到很多实际有用的东西,能够算是我实习的意外收获吧。
