本学期我校工作在镇教育办公室的正确领导下,在学校全体教职员工的辛勤努力下,在社会各界的积极配合下,取得了健康的发展。为了总结经验教训,不断提升学校教学管理水平,特对学校工作总结如下: 一、安全工作
(一)、建立健全安全工作机制。
成立了学校安全工作领导小组。健全安全各种制度及防范应急预案,开展应急疏散演练。建立安全隐患排查整改台帐,对校园内外安全状况做到每月检查,对隐患的排查与整改及时到位。
(二)、明确分工,夯实责任。
明确安全分工,各负其责,做到管理到位。安全值班专人负责,检查到位,门卫出入登记记录详实。签定安全责任书,发放告家长书,以此夯实了安全管理的责任。
(三)、抓好安全常规工作。
1、安全工作制度的落实。
学期初,学校制定出安全计划、安全活动月主题活动安排、学校安全会议安排。按计划有条不紊的开展工作。

(二)、教研教改持续开展,促进了教学水平的提升。

三、德育工作
学校坚持育人为本、德育为先,把立德树人作为学校教育的根本任务,以创建“平安校园、文明班级”为基点,加强教师队伍建设和学生教育工作。不断改进工作方法,扎实开展德育工作。
(一)、健全和强化德育领导机构。
成立德育领导机构并夯实各负责人的职责要求,加强考核,促进德育工作的安排与落实,使工作扎实有效开展。
(二)、充分发挥班主任在德育工作中的主力军作用。
本学期以来,坚持班主任例会每周一次,班主任业务得到进一步提高,管理班级的方式和教育学生的方法明显转变,学生受到了教育,学习得到了提高。
(三)、扎实开展德育常规工作。
1、开学初制定德育工作计划,主题活动安排,学校按计划有条不紊地开展德育工作,避免德育工作开展的随意性和盲目性,

本学期学校教学工作,在学校领导及全体教师的支持与努力下,紧紧围绕“一个中心,二个出发点、以常规提质量,以研训促发展的核心理念”全心全意为全校师生服务,精、细、实、的做好每一件事情。为真正实现“让师生自信、让家长满意、让社会认可”的办学目标而努力着,为更好的开展今后的工作,我们认真总结本学期的工作,现将本学期教学工作总结如下:
以打造“提高教学质量”为中心。
以“提高业务水平和培养良好习惯”为出发点。
(一)狠抓教学常规,规范教学秩序,提升教学质量
常规管理进一步精细化,做到以检查促规范,以规范促质量的目的。学校教学和教科研工作逐步向精细化迈进。教学常规管理精细化、精致化、精品化,坚持实行“四个一”工程:即一月一检查、一检测、一总结、一反馈。做到以检查促规范,以规范促质量的目的
开学初,我校对全校教师的开学第一周的教案、教学计划、假期读书笔记进行检查。三月份我们对教案进行了抽查并进行“面对面”反馈,及时指出教案中存在的问题或不足,并予以业务指导和提出整改要求;四月份我们进行了全校的作业进行集中检查和检测;五月份对教师的教学情况进行集中检查;六月份我将再次对全校教师的教案、作业、听课记录进行集中检查并进行量化考核。一是三至六年级每天早晨进行英语、科学、品德晨读。二是由语文教师指导学生进行书写练习;三是校领导承包年级组学科组制度。
(二)落实有效教研,加强教师培训,提升教师素质
1.教研与培训有机整合,做到了以研促训、以研促教提高课堂教学效率的目的。我校实施研训一体化战略,即教研即培训、培训即教研的一体化发展策略,在“关注每个孩子的进步和关注每个教师的成长”的办学理念的的指引下,仅仅围绕以“打造自信教师和培养自信学生”为出发点。开展我校的教科研工作。
2.校本培训与外出培训相结合,促进教师专业水平提升
(1)加大校本培训力度
我们改变以往学校安排什么培训教师接受什么培训的模式,重新定位校本培训。我们旨在解决教师最需求的问题。使校本培训定位在解决教师遇到的实际问题上,变过去的讲什么听什么为教师教学中需要什么讲什么,坚持分学科的教材培训和针对新教师、班主任等分类培训,提高培训的针对性、实效性和可操作性。
(2)加大外出培训力度
根据我校实际情况有针对性进行外出培训。我们要求每一个外出培训的教师要珍惜外出学习的机会,认真学习、用心琢磨学习所得,回来后对校内相应学科教师进行再培训,达到以点带面的辐射效果,从而提高师资队伍的整体水平,最大限度节约培训成本,提高培训效率。
(3)骨干教师引领与青年教师培养
本学期我校安排骨干教师示范课、青年教师成长汇报课、整本书阅读研究课、毕业年级复习研究课、集体备课展示课、外出学习汇报课等。
(4)专业书写促教师素质提升
为了提高教师专业素质,我校进行月专业书写,三月份撰写教学反思、四月份书写教学案例、五月份交流读书心得、六月份撰写教育教学小论文。以写促思、以写促教,在反思中不断提升教师的专业素质。同时我们还将优秀的随笔上传到资源平台,共同学习共同提高。
(四)其他工作
1.积极做好学籍管理、转出、转入学籍办理以及上报义务教育春季统计报表工作。
2.积极参加了上级安排的各项活动
3.规范办学行为方面的检查常态化
为了实现“依法治校、依法执教”的教学管理机制。学校每天都有值周领导对相关办学行为涉及到的内容进行不间断的检查和提醒并在值周记录册上进行记录。
一学期来,教科室一直以抓教学质量为核心,不断提高各科成绩为宗旨,不懈努力工作,但也有不如意之处:
(一)教师发展的不平衡,主要体现在平常的教学常规细节中。
(二)“老带新”工作还有待于进一步加强实效性
(三)备课组活动的效率还需进一步提高,个别教师的合作意识、教学行为还需要进一步加以引导和规范
(四)教师角色转化不到位。教学方式没有发生实际性的变化。许多教师仍然把重心放在教上,忽视了练习的过程,学生被动学习。
(一)落实好备课制度,教师要互相学习,缩短学科内差距。教研组要做好教案互查、组长把关,加强督促、督导。
(二)实行推门听课和随堂检查制度,解决课堂教学效率不高的问题。对于听评课,要确定明确的目标和对象,提高听评课的针对性。同时学校及教科室提高对教案检查的频率和力度,采用定期检查和不定期检查相结合的办法。
通过教案检查的高频率保证教师备课的高效率、高质量。
(三)完善质量分析制度,使分析成果落实到教师、学生的具体行动上。
(四)抓良好学习习惯的养成。学校要落实好学生良好学习行为习惯养成工作,但学习习惯的培养是一项必须持之以恒的工作。任何一个学习习惯的培养,不是一蹴而就的,它必须有一个慢慢形成的过程。而形成过程中,持之以恒,严格训练,不然将事半功倍。
(五)加大教师的业务和校本培训,通过相互听课、研讨以及集体备课等形式提高教师的教育教学水平。
(六)加大课堂教学的检查力度,使学生在每一节课上都能有所收获,实现一课一得的目标。
