到华南师大参加学习培训,尽管非常累,但是收获多多,有很多感受和想法给大家共同来分享。
我们参加的此次培训是一种脱岗培训,而不同于以往我们所接受的传统的教育培训,它是在华南师大搭建了一个难得的教育空间,在这样的学习环境里,我们除了能接受相关理论知识的文字图片资料外,还可以近距离的接触到一些名师、专家的授课,观摩各种类型的优质示范课,还可以通过论坛跟自己同专业的教师学员交流学习体会,共同学习,加强学员之间的联络和交流。
同时,参加培训的学员不但可以集中学习,而且还可以根据自己的计划随时进行学习。这种全新的教育培训方式给我们充分自由的同时,也需要我们充分了解自己所处的学习环境,选择适合自己的学习方式,掌握学习技巧、策略,最终学会学习。所以说通过培训进行继续教育是提高教师教育教学水平的一个重要途径。
俗话说“活到老,学到老”,这句话对一个教师来说是很有现实意义的。如果我们教师僵化了自己的思想,丧失了学习的热情,就无法成为一名合格的教师,更谈不上成长为一名优秀的人民教师。
因此,教师不仅要成为学生学习的组织者,更要成为学生学习的合作者,并且要在工作中不断加强自身业务学习,让自己的知识结构与时俱进地得到调整和改善。现代社会,各种知识更新换代快,旧知识迅速老化,新知识飞速生成。假如我们教师仍然坚持自己的传统观念,不愿意学习,势必跟不上形势,因而随着新一轮课改的进行,教师应树立终身学习的理念。
历史课程的设计与实施应有利于学生学习方式的转变,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。在现阶段,我国大多数的学校教育还是以传统的传授教学为主,这在我们农村中学中更为普遍,中学生采用的仍然是以被动接受,死记硬背为基本特点的历史学习方式。这种注重机械记忆的学习方法,严重制约了学生的思维主动性、新颖性、限制了学生创新思维的发展,不利于学生的长远发展。这也是我们的课题研究中围绕的中心话题。
新课标下,要求培养学生的创新精神和探究能力,体现了教学的阶段性和过渡性,培养全面发展的人才的观点。发挥历史学科的特有功能。转变教学理念,转变教学手段,培养创新型学生。
更新教学观念,营造良好的创新环境;培养学生的历史兴趣,激发学生的创新意识;善于培养质疑意识,形成创新精神;适时运用讨论法教学,提高创新能力。历史新课标强调面向全体学生,突出体现义务教育的普及性、基础性和发展性,为学生进入和适应社会打下基础,为学生进一步接受高一级学校教育打下基础;使学生获得基本的历史知识与技能,培养良好的品德和健全的人格。
通过这次培训对提高教师素质,推动学校教育教学改革,逐步提高教学质量起到了催化剂的作用,也使我获益良多。同时,也感到还有许多需要学习的地方,但我有想通过自己的不懈努力和学习,一定会不断提高自己的专业知识和教学水平。

初一牛津英语新教材使用心得
我想在这里和大家一起探讨一下初一牛津英语教材的使用和我校初一英语备课组教师的一些做法。
我们都知道,新教材具有以下一些特点:
1.照任务型教学的原则设计语言实践活动。每个单元都围绕一个话题让学生通过体验、实践、参与、合作、交流和探究等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。另外,有的单元还安排了一个旨在提高学生用英语获取信息,处理信息,分析和解决问题能力的课题(project),让学生综合运用在这几个单元里面所学的语言知识、技能及学习技巧,以培养他们的口笔头交际能力、动手能力,自主学习能力、创新能力及合作精神。
2.本教材内容联系学生生活,贴近学生生活实际,语言想象再现率高,符合学生学习语言的认知规律。
3.编排体系上突破了传统模式,体现了语言教学的整体性和综合性。整套教材中,语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和跨文化意识等有机结合,紧密联系,相互渗透,相互补充。
