甲乙双方本着友好协商、共同发展的原则签订本翻译服务合同，其条款如下：

一、甲方委托乙方为其提供翻译服务，及时向乙方提交清晰、易于辨认的待译资料，提出明确要求，并对乙方的翻译质量进行监督。

六、乙方可以在翻译开始前为甲方预估翻译费，甲方付款时则按实际发生的工作量支付给乙方翻译费用(工作量统计方法见本合同第四条)。

八、付款方式：甲方在收到乙方译稿的当日按实际费用先支付乙方翻译总费用的50%，余款应在交稿后的______日内付清，如第___日余款还未付清，则甲方每延误一天需要向乙方交纳翻译总费用_________‰的滞纳金。
