双桥子街道高度重视志愿者服务工作，办事处副主任薛勇具体负责，党政办具体抓落实。根据上级指示精神，全面组织开展了志愿者服务工作，组织申报成立了双桥子街道办事处双林中横路社区志愿者服务基地。

基地现有固定志愿者服务队伍六支，分别是：社区青年志愿者服务队伍、社区帮困助残志愿者服务队伍、社区法制宣传志愿者服务队伍、社区环境卫生志愿者服务队伍、社区文化服务志愿者服务队伍、社区科普志愿者服务队伍、社区治安巡逻志愿者服务队，共有在册志愿者1100余名。

二、认真组织开展了志愿者服务活动

1、充分发挥社区志愿者活动精神。社区志愿者活动本着“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者精神，在取得各级领导的大力支持下，合理利用驻区单位资源，吸引他们一同参加到志愿者服务中来，定期共同开展社区志愿者工作，在社区各项工作中，都充满了志愿者的身影，使之成为社区建设中不可缺少的生力军，也使志愿者服务工作在社区工作更加深入，也使志愿者服务水平和满意率有了更大的提高。

2、灵活多样开展帮扶活动。针对老人，对所有空巢老人和寡孤老人进行了登记造册，每个老人不仅有专门的志愿者定期看望，也经常会有结对高校志愿者来了解老人们的现状和困难，与老人聊家常，排除老人孤担，擦擦桌子洗洗碗，每次当大家离开的时候，老人们都会依依不舍，总是盼望着下次的相聚。

3、积极开展辅导青少年健康活动。针对未成年，与学校、家庭打造“三位一体”的管理方式，即在家有家长管，在学校有老师管，平时有社区管的模式，使大家一起关心孩子们的成长。

4、认真开展政策法规宣传活动。志愿者经常利用节假日时间，为群众进行大小文艺表演，不仅仅丰富了群众的业余生活，而且结合当下社区工作，也积极向大家宣传当前形势情况。

而且在他们的带动下，很多人也参加到这支队伍中来，根据自身情况为大家提供了各种服务。特别在创建文明城市的时候，有大量的志愿者参与到其中来，为社区不辞辛苦的奔走，向社区居民积极宣传各种方针政策，清除社区卫生死角，维护院内治安，为社区为最后迎接国家城调队检查成功，是密不可分的。

根据性趣爱好，成立各种小分队，开展各种活动，对来参加的孩子进行登记造册，在根据志愿的个人情况，为孩子提供服务。并与高校结对，吸引更多的青年志愿者定期到社区活动，根据各自的特长、优势、知识，为社区居民提供各种服务。

在下一阶段的打算：

1、认真贯彻学习党的路线、方针、政策，全面落实上级相关部门的指示精神，严格执行各项规定。

2、灵活创新志愿服务工作，争创志愿者服务基地工作亮点。

3、全面组织开展各项活动，重点针对辖区弱势群体、假期青少年等人员的帮助与辅导工作。
