2、接待客户主动热情、耐心周到。客户进门,要主动起立与客户打招呼“您好”或“请问您办理什么业务”。做到来有迎声、问有答声、去有送声,实行微笑服务。
3、接待客户做到“五个一样”:存取款一样热情;金额大小一样欢迎;主币辅币一样受理;忙时闲时一样认真;生人熟人一样对待。
1、严格遵守金融法律、法规和有关方针政策。保守商业秘密,贯彻为客户保密的原则。不推迟开门营业、不提前关门结帐;不擅自停止营业或缩短营业时间;按对外公布的营业时间提供满时点服务。必须在公布的营业时间前完成所有准备工作。中午交接班或吃饭,各窗口应交错进行,保证至少有一个窗口对外正常营业。
