期中教学总结与反思篇一

为了能更好改进专业课程结构,合理安排教学计划,在担任计算机信息管理、计算机应用技术、电子信息工程技术专业辅导员的工作期间,我主动担任《c语言程序设计》、《程序设计基础》、《管理学基础》、《visualfoxpro 程序设计》、《计算机专业英语》、《算法设计与应用》六门课专业课程,通过亲自授课,不但增强了我的专业知识,更使我了解各门课程之间的关系。每年平均课时量充足,工作量饱满。

自任助理讲师以来,我就一直参与本系学生毕业设计的指导工作,在指导工作中,我一丝不苟,严格按学院关于毕业设计指导文件进行指导和管理,根据学生自身对专业知识掌握情况和社会需求设计题目,在指导过程加强跟学生交流,认真审阅学生作品;通过毕业设计,让学生掌握更多有用知识和技能。到现在为止,我共带过计算机应用技术、计算机信息管理、电子信息工程技术三个专业三个年级学生,平均每年指导学生20余人。

(二)教学改革工作方面在教改工作中,将高等职业教育教学要求、岗位实际要求、国家职业标准三者相结合,初步形成了具有高职特色的“三位一体”的岗位能力培养教学模式。针对实际工作体系重新构建课程体系,并按实际工作结构重新设计课程结构。针对实际工作任务需要,以职业活动为主线,以培养职业能力为本位,重新组织和设计教学内容。改造教学情境,打破单一的学习模式、课堂化教学环境,创设尽可能与工作实境接近的教学环境,实现学校环境与工作环境、校园文化与企业文化的有机融合。

运用先进的教学手段,不断革新教学方法,打破学科型课程教学以知识灌输、学生被动接受、实践与理论脱节的实施方式,形成主要进行任务实施、学生主动构建,融教、学、做一体的实施方式;以学生为中心,关注每个学生的特殊需要,尊重每个学生的职业成长体验,完成从明确任务、制定计划、实施检查到评价反馈整个过程;在实践教学方面,主要采用“校内过程加强跟学生交流,认真审阅学生作品;通过毕业设计,让学生掌握更多有用知识和技能。到现在为止,我共带过计算机应用技术、计算机信息管理、电子信息工程技术三个专业三个年级学生,平均每年指导学生20余人。

(三)专业团队及实训基地建设工作方面

任职以来,做为信息工程系的专业教师,除了不断加强自身教学理论和业务学习外,还积极追踪本专业和相关学科的教育教学科研信息,依据基于工作过程导向的教学理念,积极推进教学改革,探索适合学生专业学习的教学新路子。为配合学院领导调整制定出更合理的人才培养方案,我多次到企业调研和总结,邀请和组织企业专家召开专业任务分析会,协助系部领导确定符合本系相关专业就业岗位的短期、中期、长期人才培养目标。为系部修订和完善20xx~2011各级各专业人才培养方案、课程体系、课程标准贡献自己的一份力量。三年来一直对本职工作兢兢业业,吃苦耐劳,不计较个人得失,努力为把专业做强做大而奋斗。

同时为配合教学需要,为本系相关专业的建设提供配套教学实验条件,我参与了本系专业教育实习实训基地建设工作,同时还多次作为带队老师指导本系部相关专业学生的进行教学性实习和顶岗实习。

(四)科研工作方面

正确理解科研与教学的关系,一个合格的高职院校教师除了教学,科研也是一个不可缺少的部分,高职高专院校更注重“双师型”教师队伍的建设,教师在完成教学任务的同时要具备一定的科研能力。为此,我在教学的同时也注重进行科学研究,及时把握学科的发展方向,真正地把理论与实践结合起来。结合在曲阜师范大学攻读工程硕士学位期间跟随导师所作的管理运筹学方面的课题工作,以及参加高职工作以来的教学及就业指导等教辅工作,我选择了计算机算法与程序设计和大学生职业规划作为我的研究方向。参加工作以来,先后以第一或以第二作者身份撰写的《有一个配送目的地的分批排序问题》、《一台串行批处理机上的一类有主次指标的排序问题》、《基于电子商务环境下物流配送系统的设计与实现》、《基于web的农产品电子商务系统的开发》《浅谈高职高数课程的文化定位》、《、浅谈高职高专大学生如何树立科学就业观》六篇论文分别在《济南大学学报(自然科学版)》、《咸阳师范学院学报》、《科技信息》、《中国科技博览》、《职业技术教育》、《中国教师》等国内相关中文学术期刊杂志公开发表。同时,

期中教学总结与反思篇三

一年来,我力求把学法指导贯穿于语文教学全过程。这里的全过程既指一堂课中自始至终的每个教学环节,又指备课、上课、辅导、批改的整个过程。为了实现这一目标,我每上一堂语文课,每教一篇课文前,除了确定思想教育、知识教学、基本训练方面的任务之外,还要确定帮助学生领会、掌握或运用哪些学习方法,并在课堂教学中不失时机地向学生渗透,引导学生领悟、运用。在设计练习题和批改作业时也注意启发学生掌握和巩固有关的学习方法。下面结合自己多年来一直从事的低、中年级语文教学谈几点做法。

每一类文章我都先下功夫,花时间“扶”着学生学习一、两篇,让学生在理解知识的同时,掌握学习方法,然后引导学生运用已掌握的学习方法自学其它篇。

要培养学生的自学能力,仅仅教给他们读懂各类文章的基本方法是不够的。只有教给他们读懂文章的具体方法,才能达到“用不着教”的目的。是把方法“灌”给学生,还是让学生在学习过程中“悟”出方法,掌握规律?答案当然是后者。实践证明只有让学生在学习实践中自己“悟”出方法,才能掌握得牢,运用得灵活。我主要通过以下三条途径帮助学生掌握学习方法,提高自学能力。

当学生掌握了一些学习方法之后,我一方面在语文课上启发引导他们运用,另一方面在课外活动中鼓励他们运用。每学期我都选择一部分小学生优秀习作,让每一个学生都选择最佳的学习方法自学,然后汇报自己的学习方法和收获,再组织全班学生讲评谁的学习方法最佳,谁的收获最大。这种比赛,不仅扩大了学生的知识面,而且提高了学生的自学能力。

总之,在本学期的各科教学工作中,我都力争严格要求自己,无任何有悖教学大纲和新课改要求的做法,并能做到为人师表,语言健康得体,举止文明礼貌,以身作则,注重身教。在今后的教学工作中,我仍将一如既往的要求自己,努力工作,发扬优点,改正缺点,开拓前进,为学校的建设与发展奉献自己的力量!
