你知道么,雾霾天气极易诱发呼吸道疾病,尤其是对老人、孩子、心脏病和肺病患者等敏感人群,可诱发哮喘、气管炎、肺炎等多种炎症,甚至对健康人也会造成轻微的气道灼伤,出现咳嗽、痰量增多的症状。此外,雾霾天对人体心脑血管疾病的影响也很严重,可能诱发心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心力衰竭等,使慢性支气管炎出现肺源性心脏病,抵抗力较差的糖尿病患者极有可能出现肺部及气管感染从而加重病情。保护自己,拒绝伤害;关爱他人,传递真心。
【防护建议】
1、尽量减少在雾霾天气中的停留时间,在必要的情况下,要戴上口罩加以防范。
2、雾霾天气情况下,最好改为室内锻炼或者更改活动时间,尽量减少室外活动。
3、保持良好的心态,保证睡眠,多吃水果蔬菜和清淡的食物,提高自身免疫力。
4、提醒家人、朋友关注自己的症状(中老年人注意监测血压和血糖的变化),如果有胸闷、气短、心慌等不适症状,一定要及时就医。
5、雾霾天气要少开窗,最好等太阳出来再开窗。

气象专家预计,由于气象条件依然不利于空气中污染物扩散,雾霾天气或将继续加重,并将持续。此次雾霾天气主要是由于昼夜温差在10℃以上,较大的温差在我市市区形成了逆温层,持续逆温和弱风气象,水平和垂直方向上不利于污染物扩散,积累形成了雾霾天气。从气象条件上来说,冬季不利于污染物扩散的气象条件较多,每逢临近供暖期,必然出现大雾,今年冬天也不排除会再次出现雾霾天的可能性。为了防范雾霾在生活中带来的种种不便,提出以下建议。
一是合理安排好生产、交通和群众生活。雾霾天气市民应尽可能少出门,取消晨练,非要出门时最好戴上医用口罩防护,避免呼吸道受刺激导致疾病发生;外出归来,应立即清洗面部及裸露的肌肤。患有心血管疾病的人,尤其是年老体弱者,不宜在雾天出门,更不宜在雾天晨练,以免发生危险。
二是倡议采取建议性污染减排措施。公众自觉采取节能减排措施,尽量乘坐公共交通工具出行,减少小汽车上路行驶;停车时及时熄火,减少车辆原地怠速运行;施工工地自觉增加洒水次数,减少建筑工地扬尘。教育主管部门可以根据天气情况制定针对极端天气的安全防护预案,当遭遇沙尘天气时,叫停课间操、体育课等户外活动,可以将体育课安排在室内进行,或临时调课,不要让孩子成为吸尘器。
三是农业部门积极推广先进的耕作制度。积极推广免耕法,将作物残茬留于地表,在秋季整地期间,禁止城郊及周边县市农民大量焚烧秸秆,避免产生浓重的烟尘。
四是建立和完善雾霾天气的动态监测 “预警系统”。加强pm2.5监测网的建设,针对我国雾霾天气的特点,研究雾霾天气动态监测方法,利用卫星遥感、雷达和探空等手段对雾霾天气的形成、发展和扩散进行跟踪观测,形成一个实时的雾霾天气监测“预警系统”,并及时发布信息,以利于提前安排好生产、交通和群众生活、尽可能减少损失。
雾霾天气虽然造成空气质量严重下降,但只要注意防范,注意合理的安排,就可以减少雾霾给人们生产生活带来的危害。
