通过培训,我深深地认识到,小学科学教学工作是多么的重要,要想把小学科学课程教好,作为教师首先就要改变观念。以前我们总认为教师是的象征,学生要绝对的服从,特别是教学中,学生完全处于被动状态。通过培训学习,我深深地认识到科学课程是要面向全体学生的,是要考虑到学生的个别差异性的。因此,我们要改变教师的角色,和学生成为朋友。

教学方法是完成教学任务的根本手段,科学的教学方法能使师生关系更加地融洽。通过培训学习,我知道目前提出的科学探究法即以学生自主学习、主动探索为主,要在实验中注重知识的自主生成,而不是一味的讲解。要让学生自己去学习了解。

8月2日有幸参加了全县中高年级语文教师培训,经过对中年级习作教学策略的解读和名师课堂的观摩,我收获颇多。中年级是作文的起步阶段,学生刚刚迈入写作的门槛,而作文的要求又比低年级的写话高一个层次。很多学生对作文产生畏惧心理,感到无从下手。介于这些,在教学时,要教育学生从现实取材,说真话,写实事,做一个诚实的人。下面谈谈我的几点体会:

学生提起作文就头痛,认为写作是麻烦的苦差事,更是无法下笔去写。首先在教学时就要注意引导学生理解“习作”的含义。排除他们对作文的畏难心理,告诉学生写作就像我们平时朗读课文,学习生字那样平常。取材于实实在在的生活,写身边的人和事。其二,兴趣是提高学生写作水平的前提条件。没有兴趣,正如“无水之源”。学生的作文水平是不会提高的。因此,在提示习作题目时,就可以变样地以谜语,讲故事,图画出现。以激发他们的习作兴趣。如教学生写人物时,就可以故意说出班上有显著外貌特征的同学,如说:“他个子较高,有1、25米,大概有55公斤重;大大的脑袋,圆圆的脸蛋,眼睛显得格外的小,似乎整天眯成一条缝;笑起来,雪白的牙齿中有一个洞;因为胖了,所以肚子很大,走路时好似圆球在地上滚。”让学生猜是谁。然后现场素描,用彩色粉笔在黑板上勾画出这个人的外貌。趁学生兴趣盎然时,相机问道:谁能说说他的体貌特征呢?教室里就会举起了一双双小手,接着就完成了本次习作。

学生习作时缺乏素材,没话可说,无话可写。这就避开书本上的死要求,而是引导学生做有心人,让他们多观察周边的人和事,利用课间走入学生中间,与他们一起交流生活见闻,把所看到和所听到的都一一记录在事先准备好的日记本上。开学时可以要求每个学生备用一个小小的日记本,随身带着,平时发现有趣,有意义的事情,把它记录下来,并且老师要做好表率作用可以和学生一样,天天坚持,不分写的字数多少,篇幅长短,语句是否通顺优美。只要求真实就行。让学生养成平时积累词句的习惯。为习作时打基础。为了丰富学生写作的素材,老师还要组织学生开展了一些丰富多彩的实践活动。让他们亲身体验,培养观察能力、操作能力、想象能力。

平时在静态的课堂空间借助一些图象、实物,充分调动学生的六感器官功能是往往不够的,写出来的片断枯燥、乏味,不真实,不动人。如:教学生写一种植物《花》时,可以把学生带出教室,让他们去观察各种花草,最后回到教室,叫他们各自说说自己看到的植物的样子。这样,由看到说再到写,顺理成章,写作就水到渠成,不用再费力了。

新大纲明确指出,要多鼓励学生写想象中的事物,激发他们展开想象、幻想,发挥自己的创作性。“小学生的作文虽不是艺术创作,但同样需要运用生动的联想。”怎样才能使学生沿着作者的思想续写下去,也就是续写故事。它既能巩固了课文揭示的知识,又拓展了学生想象的空间。

每一次习作课前便都要写写下水文,写完之后讲给学生听,为什么要这样写,写这样的事是为了说明什么,动作、语言、神态,都是为什么服务的。这样做可以很好的给学生起到榜样的作用。

因为诱发写作动机的心理因素之一就是成功的喜悦。学生最喜欢的是表扬和鼓励。老师要把奖励当作培养学生写作兴趣的催化剂。对学生的好作文,得以较广泛的传播,这也成为学生写作的动力。平时给他们的评语都是鼓励的话。好的作文在班上朗读,并送给学生一个小礼品以此鼓励,使他们对习作更有兴趣,提高学生习作的积极性。

以上是我的几点体会,习作教学是小学语文教学中的难点,提高学生习作能力更是一项复杂而艰辛的工程。教学有法,教无定法,只要我们不断地探索,不断地改进,不断地实践,定能提高学生的习作水平,促进孩子的可持续发展。

推进教育,教师是关键,教师是教育发展的基础。在当今深化教育改革和实施素质教育的过程中,我们更深刻地认识到,教育改革和发展的关键在于建设一支高素质的现代化教师队伍,因此教师队伍建设是我们永恒的主题。

本期我们首都团队的建设以《幼儿园指导纲要》精神为指导,秉承“以幼儿园教育质量为基础,以教师和孩子的发展为基础”的理念,旨在建设一支具有职业道德和训练有素、乐于奉献的高素质教师和讲师团队。从我园实际出发,充分发挥教研工作功能,开展多方位互动研究,全面有效地实施《纲要》。坚持把提高保育教育质量作为第一要务,通过各种教研活动积极推动学前教育发展,培养一支专业能力强的教师队伍,使保育教育质量达到新的水平。

随着学前教育改革的深入,教师已经掌握了一些正确的教育理念。但是由于我们园区大部分老师都是小学转来的,所以我们园区有11个老师是这个时期小学转来的。他们的到来为幼儿园注入了新的活力和生机,但也给幼儿园教师的专业成长带来了新的问题和困难。在我们这一时期的33名教师中,只有6名幼儿园教师毕业,近三年有27名教师从小学转学。而且幼儿园有11个班,现在是一园两分。现在教师既要从事教学工作,又要从事护理工作,不像原来的教师和护士那样,给幼儿园教师的发展带来了机遇和困惑。只有抓住机遇,重视师资队伍建设,才能使整个园区的教育质量越来越高。

面对我园教师的现状,我们利用教研小组活动和培训来促进教师的专业成长。根据教师的需求,我们建立了教师培训的五个方面,即:师德培训、理论培训、教学实践能力培训、教育科研能力培训、现代信息技术培训。在教研组的设置上,将原来的学前教育中心组、园本教研组改为语言、科学等五个领域的学科教研组,以学术管理者和骨干教师为组长,使教研组的设置更加科学合理,充分发挥骨干教师的专业引领作用。教研活动的形式也更加丰富,理论与实际问题相结合,让教师真正进入培训的主体角色,更好地激发教师积极参与的积极性,让教师在学习中成长,在工作中发展。通过各种培训活动,许多教师和工作人员了解到幼儿园的工作需要团结互助的精神,需要强烈的责任感。在工作中,合作意识增强,大家互相尊重,不计较。大家在思想上达成共识,进一步认识到人不远虑,必有近忧。如果没有忧患意识,只有满足了自己的成就,才能走向失败。因此,教师以积极的态度面对一切,以乐观的态度迎接挑战

为了打造一支敬业、高素质的骨干队伍,实现“抓骨干、带骨干到整体”的目标。加强骨干教师和后备骨干教师的培养和使用,坚持做好园区教师帮扶工作,发扬各自优势,互助共进,缩短教师专业成长之路。不仅骨干教师起到了很好的示范作用,而且使新教师在思想和专业方面迅速成长,增强了幼儿园人与人之间的友好合作与交流。参加名师工作室学习的欧德娟,也积极将自己所学的新思想带到幼儿园,带动了一大批教师快速成长。为了进一步促进教师的专业成长,我们为他们提供参与各级开放式教学活动和竞赛的机会,让他们在教学活动中体验磨砺,快速成长,成为充满创造力和开拓精神的团队。在这个问题上,朝阳幼儿园的两位老师也起到了很好的传承和帮助他人的作用。他们带来了先进的教育理念和教学方法。我们园区的老师也积极向两位老师学习。他们的讨论之声在办公室、走廊和绿树下随处可见。这一期,同学们都积极认真的参与了,很多年轻老师脱颖而出。我们为他们的快速发展感到高兴。

第三,注重提高教师队伍的思想素质。
