开拓市场、完善管理体系、招揽人才

经营方针是公司阶段性经营的指导思想;各部门和各级员工的各项经营、管理活动,包括政策制订、制度设计、日常管理,都必须围绕经营方针展开、贯彻和执行。

公司的核心经营目标是:

销售收入达到300 万元。新增省内外渠道代理商、经销商,直营店(专柜 、旗舰店、社区服务店,直供商家(酒店、会所、海参批发商),第三方合作,网上销售平台,团购客户60个。

初步完成销售网络建设的初级阶段,树立样板市场、样板店,建立适合公司发展的运营模式,扩大市场覆盖面、扩大实质客户群,提升销量。公司将20xx年第四季度确定为“市场推广季度”,全力以赴开拓市场,发展客户、提高销量。对此,采取下列措施:
