我司承诺本项目的工期为:合同签订后,维护期为x年。
我司承诺在运维服务中将完全满足但不限制于招标文件编号为xxxxxx-xxxxxx的招标文件中所要求的具体项目维护内容。
我司针对项目服务响应级别作如下承诺:
(1)我司建立的客户服务中心提供固定的7×24小时故障受理电话服务。
(2)我司技术人员响应时限:接障后我司技术支持人员必须在5分钟内作出响应,详细记录故障现象。
(3)故障处理时限:我司保证一般在1小时内解决,最迟在3小时内解决问题。
(1)应能在10分钟内准确诊断并告知用户故障原因,诊断差错率要控制在5%以内。并向最终用户解释故障发生原因,可能导致的后果,以及拟采取的措施。在响应时间内完成故障设备的维修,维修人员应严格遵守维修规程。
(2)我司承诺建立硬件应急维修小组,对关键重点岗位及紧急的故障及时响应并汇报,对于故障设备的维修由采购人指定具体技术人员监督实施。
(3)故障修复过程中可能影响用户工作或对系统应用数据有影响的,要先咨询用户意见再处理。
(4)如果机器送修,需要保护好磁盘等存储设备。要先将用户数据备份好,再送维修。
(5)对处于保修期内的故障设备,服务商在采购人授权的范围内代表采购人协调产品供货商落实保修事宜,并监督维修时效和质量。
(6)对处于保修期外的桌面端设备硬件故障设备维修,如需更换零配件,应请原
厂家指定或授权的机构检测报价,以合理的价格按照设备标配或更高配置采购零配件并进行安装调试,检测通过后由用户书面认可,更换配件费用由我司承担。

1、我司承诺提供厂商原装、全新的、符合国家及用户提出的有关质量标准的设备。如果因为生产厂商无法提供的原因而提供其他品牌的设备/部件,我司将明确说明和列出产品性能和市场情况比较表,并提出质量保证承诺。
2、本次采购产品为非进口产品(进口产品指通过中国海关报关验放进入中国境内且产自关境外的产品)。
3、我司承诺所投的本项目中,没有属于政府强制采购的节能产品。
(1)我司承诺提供7×24小时的呼叫响应服务:包括对所有技术支持、服务请求、
问题解决的电话、邮件、传真服务;对所有客户提出的要求进行记录、分派、跟踪、管理和分析;在接到报障电话后立即响应。将安排维护工程师回应用户方,并确定维护方式;同时对所有的问题按时通知和汇报。服务次数不限。
(2)我司承诺提供5×8小时的常驻服务:我司安排x名工程师常驻用户现场,为
用户提供故障响应及日常巡检服务。对于服务器系统及网络系统故障,我司保证一般在1小时内解决,最迟在3小时内解决问题。
(3)我司承诺提供系统现场巡检:我司针对广州市xxxxx公区域内的服务器和核
心网络设备进行定期巡检(巡检周期参照项目维护服务实施方案),通过定期检测、维护和保养,提供改进和优化建议,保障设备运行稳定,通过保养延长设备生命周期,降低故障率。
(4)我司承诺建立完善的管理制度、制定工作流程、人员考核制度(月度考核),
确定维护人员的岗位职责(包括人员的上班时间、休息及备勤时间,上班时间的分配等内容),能够对维护人员的工作进行跟踪及质量监督,要求有完备的.文档资料产生。
(5)我司承诺编制维护手册(建立相应的系统检测指南,规范系统检测步骤),建立完备的维护过程文档资料,统一格式、做好分类,最终建成维护文档库(利用日常积累的故障及解决方案对系统现状进行预先判断)。
(6)我司承诺针对客户计算机设备及系统出现大面积紧急故障或由于其他原因导致服务工程出现人手不够,不能及时完成任务时,我司要给予全力支持提供应急服务分析常见的、关键的薄弱环节,搭建模拟测试环境找出解决方案,指导常驻人员解决问题。
(7)我司承诺确保和提高系统设备的使用率,做好各类设备运行状况的记录工作,
保证维修工作快速有效,制定定期检修及所有设备的巡检计划(按单位分类,每月至少一次,做好登记并形成文档形式递交),提高监控设备的完好率和降低故障发生率。
(8)我司承诺对所有设备进行分类并登记在册形成文档,做好设备的管理、分配、调拨等工作,协助做好固定资产登记的工作。
(9)我司承诺建立人员知识更新制度。包括能力的持续性培养,建立素质模型,明确岗位设置,全面掌握新产品新设备的特点、性能及维护要领,明确维护工作的任务、责任和质量要求。
