一、教法灵活，生动有趣。

英国语言学家埃克里斯曾说：“教英语的最好方法就是能引起学生学习英语兴趣的方法。”王老师在本节课中创设教学情景，充分调动了学生学习积极性。他让学生先闲上眼睛然后拿出玩具熊，用低沉的声音说：“hello，i’m teddy bear. how are you?”给学生一个惊喜。一下子就吸引住了学生的眼球，拉近了师生间的距离。同时也大大地激发了学生的学习热情。

王老师注重语音示范，分音节教学，利用直拼法，让学生自主学习。尤其是让学生区分单词记忆，比如学生喜欢将ear和eye混淆部分。王老师就很风趣的告诉学生，左边的“e”是左眼，右边的 “e”是右眼，中间的“y”便是我们高高的鼻梁。好形象的讲解!我想学生今后只要看见这个单词就会想起王老师的这番话。

活动贯穿始终，巩固有效。王老师的课上有“close your eyes”;“touch your nose”“i say and you do”;“sam says”;“what’s missing?” “listen and do” ;“draw and introduce”.这一系列的活动环环相扣，连接巧妙。充分体现任务型语言教学。他“寓教于趣”，让学生在动中学，画中学，拼中学。

二、板书精美，直观形象

平时上课，我们常随手板书句型、单词，的确非常方便省事。但对于活泼好动的小学生来讲，他们总感到单调和乏味。学生的学习动机往往来源于有趣的教学内容和有吸引力的教学活动。所以，在课堂教学中，要充分利用板书设计，创设生动有趣的活动来引起学生的好奇心和兴趣，让学生感受到英语课堂的轻松气氛。王老师以“寓教于趣”的设计方式，将小熊的头像呈现于课堂，引出静态单词，这样学生看得见，摸得着，容易产生亲切感，有助于形象记。

三、评价及时，方式新颖

王老师的评价方式更是直观可取，他在黑板的右边呈现了一颗葡萄枝，将班上的学生分为四个组，以学生参与英语教学活动所表现的兴趣、态度和交流能力为依据，表现较好的小组或者个人，可在对应区域内画一粒葡萄果或树叶，用来及时评价小组成员在课堂教学中的表现。最后获得葡萄最多的就是获胜的小组。教师通过评价不断地发现课堂教学中的问题;学生通过评价确认自己在课堂教学中的成长表现;学生在学习过程中不断地体验进步和成功，认识自我。

成功的英语课上也避免不了下瑕疵，我给王老师的英语课给以下建议：

王老师在教了“eyes”，“nose”之后，为了巩固新词而设计了游戏sam says。这个游戏对于他们来说难度较大，我建议此游戏可以放在新授完毕后再来做这个游戏，以便来检验学生的学习效果。
