营业员工作心得体会篇一

我热爱我的工作。我能在职场这条路上找到自己心仪的工作,跟我从工作历程中找到自己的特质,有着很大的关系。在此之前我是做传媒的,在报社和杂志社做过记者和编辑,之后,经朋友介绍我正式进入职场,就在xx公司做营业员。我挺喜欢这个工作,它让我发现自己的特质:很有亲和力,不怕与人接触,抗压性高。我在工作中,彷佛在做一份不同的工作,秘诀在于我保持对公司与工作的兴趣。

作为一名刚进xx公司的新员工,对所有的一切都感到新鲜和好奇,以往是走进xx公司接受服务,感受xx公司上帝般的感觉,而现在我要作为服务者来面对广大的客户群体,来为客户服务,这对我可以说是一个很大的人生挑战。

我的工作主要是与xx客户直接面对面沟通。也就是要帮助客户可以顺利使用xx公司的服务。xx的客户分布甚广,各行各业的都有,甚至还有国家机关,像国税局、工商局等。我因此交了很多朋友,跟不同产业的人分享着不同的经验,这也成为我工作上另一项乐趣。

营业员的工作内容重复性较高。很多人都觉得它很隐性,看不到有形的成绩,我却觉得这项工作很有意思,它的喜悦与痛苦都来自于客户。看电视、电影,念书时,好象所有的对错都很清楚,非白即黑,但面对客户的反应,很多时候有理说不清,我得冷静面对他们情绪性的抱怨,甚至是谩骂的字眼。

刚开始我也常想,xx公司又不是我家开的,客户不顺,干嘛不分青红皂白地骂我,我也常被客户无理的反应搞得郁闷不已。但同时我也拥有笔墨难以形容的喜悦。记得我在做营业员的第二个星期,有位客户不太会使用自己的小灵通,连存电话号码都不知道,我很有耐心地教他操作,花了近半个小时的时间,终于把他教会了,听到客户的感谢声音,我差点兴奋地跃起来了。

之后,他每次到营业台办理业务,都会再三地向我表达谢意,听到他的称赞,我特别高兴,并表示这是我份内该做的事。后来他甚至向旁边的人宣传,说他非常满意我们的服务。

由于营业员的工作很琐碎,往往挫折感大于成就感,但一有成就感又会乐上好几天。所以做营业员就要有点鸡婆个性,如果你是个比较自我的人,很难乐在其中。有人问我,你一个大男人什么不好干,偏要跑到xx做营业员,公司到底给我什么?我觉得公司给我一个工作的舞台,一个继续深造的机会。如果一味抱怨工作辛苦,太斤斤计较,那就太辜负任用你的公司,也辜负了这个机会。

通过工作的这些日子,让我在各方面的技能都得到提高,也让我感受到xx公司不光光是一个服务型的企业,他更多的是培养人才的摇篮,让进入公司的员工都能够更快的进入角色。我的打字水平一直以来是我的弱项,也没有太多的重视,进入公司后,发现自己已经很落后了,于是就天天练习、摸索,虽然现在的速度还不尽人意,但相比以前,不知快了多少,我相信通过努力,我一定会达到公司要求,这对我以后的学习生活也一定大有帮助的。工作中比较让我担心的是我有什么会让客户觉得不满意,我要怎么为客户提供贴心服务,不知自己的能力如何。首先,我以“用户快乐所以我快乐”当作我的工作理念,为自己的工作积蓄了充足的后劲。同时,我向公司的业务能手学习很重要,它能帮助我不断地提高自己。另外,我会经常阅读一些励志书籍,盘点一下自己的工作能力是否符合工作需求。我觉得这个检视自我能力的方法还不错。对我来讲,我的人生不会比进金融业、高科技产业的同学差,而且比他们丰富,因为在营业员这个工作岗位上,可以学到很多东西。人的一生,总是离不开工作的。现在的我虽忙碌,却很快乐,很满足。尽管现在,我还是一名新员工,但是我希望自己在公司能够发挥自己的光和热,真正发挥自己的潜能,不断学习,不断进步,能与xx共成长,见证xx公司走向新的辉煌,能够做好客户的贴心服务将是我最大的心愿!
