本章内容比较唯心，唯心主义者内心都比较强大。

1、凡事只有正确的心态，才能引导出正确的结果，创富成功始于信念。

2、未思成，先思败。真正的商业，是枯燥而乏味的，尤其是对创业者内心的煎熬，是对人性的考验。所谓的成功故事都是“事后加料”。

3、创业启动资金不必太高，第一次创业失败比例很大，太多钱有可能会加快创业的失败，对心理打击也不小。

4、勤奋、悟性、灵感、激情是创业者最大的资源优势，如果一直保有激情对其他资源进行有效地整合，那么会增加成功的概率。

5、目标太低，容易倦怠；目标过高，容易产生挫败感。1000w是比较靠谱的目标。成功前要保有自己的信心，要保护好自己的这份心态。在蛰伏的时候，一面埋头做人，低调忍耐，勤勤恳恳，一方面要小火慢慢烧着雄心，不让其熄灭。

3、选人时的德与才。德：乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、特强性、兴奋性、敢为性、有恒性、敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性、忧虑性、实验性、独特性、自制性、紧张性，16种个性因素。才：专业技能。针对小企业，最具有效率成本最低的方式就是买一个专业人才测评软件。

4、作为老板，主观偏见太强，戴着有色眼镜做观察，就容易流失人才。
