1、参赛单位：各个班

2、参赛资格：凡属本班，体质良好者

3、参赛人数：每队领队一人，教练一人，运动员5人

4、报名日期：xx月10日-xx月15日

1、采用“三人制”篮球赛的比赛规则

2、比赛为单循环方式，所有参赛队均能相遇一次，最后按各队在全部比赛中的积分排列名次。

3、计分方法：

(1)胜一场得2分，负一场1分，积分多者名次列前。

(2)如果两队积分相同，则按两队在同阶段比赛中所得比赛分数。

各队服装必须整齐颜色一致，服装要有号码，号码必须清楚。

1、每队至少有三名参赛队员，每场比赛每队可以只上两名队员，但不准仅有一名队员。

2、比赛开始后不准更换原有队员，否则取消参赛资格。

3、比赛换人没有限制，但仅在死球或半场结束时才能换，进球也可以换人。

4、进球后换发球。

5、一方投篮未进，由队方抢到篮板球后，则需退到三分线后再进攻。

6、每次换发球

发球方必须退到中场后再进攻。若发球方没有退到中场或发球时踩线，此次发球不算并换发球。不允许退回二分线后而直接投篮。如果一方欲在未退回二分线之前就投篮而另一方犯规，则犯规不算，且由另一方发球。

7、所有犯规(7次以下)或球出界，到中场发球区发球。

8、二分球：与专业比赛中三分球相似，在6.096米弧线外出手投中篮作二分算，二分线内投中算一分。

9、每场比赛中，一队先打到12分，并领先对方2分以上则为胜方，以20分钟为限。

10、比赛时，实行“30秒”制，会有比赛监督员记录，若30秒未投篮，则换发球。

11、每队各有两次45秒的暂停，暂停不停钟，仅最后三分钟会停钟。

12、打到20分钟，以比分高队伍为胜方，若为平局，则再打加时赛，先得分的一方为胜方。

(1)获前3名的队给予集体奖和个人奖。

(2)在比赛中得分最多的运动员得mvp称号，给予物质奖励。
