今天，我怀着不平静的心情登上这个舞台，感谢各位领导给了我一次难得的学习机会，我将以良好的心态，本着锻炼自己，提高的目的参与竞争，接受挑战。

现在我正式宣布我参与竞争的岗位是：教务处主任助理。

我参与竞争的原因主要有以下三个方面：我具备担任教务处主任助理的必备素质，工作能力和独特优势。

1．吃苦耐劳，默默无闻的敬业精神

我来自大别山脚下的一个落后的小村子。我深深懂得“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦害来”。苦涩的童年时代和艰难的求学之路培养了我“流汗流血不流泪”的性格和“特别能吃苦，特别能忍耐，特别能奉献”的良好品质。因此，我十分珍惜我的工作岗位，工作踏踏实实，勤勤恳恳，一丝不苟。

2．虚心好学，开拓进取的创新精神

爱因斯坦说过，“兴趣是最好的老师”。我热爱教学工作，平时也很喜欢探讨教学中的问题。大到教育理念，小到某个知识点的讲解。业余坚持学习教育学和教育心理学。并于年在枝江一中首创了“心海驿站”这个学生心理辅导站。

3．严于律己，诚信为本的做人准则

我至今还记得上大学那年父亲对我讲的“做人不欺人，不自欺”的做人准则。

4．雷厉风行，求真务实的工作作风

遇大事不糊涂，办实事不拖拉。解决问题只求实。

必备能力枝江一中六年的工作经历使我具备了担任教务处主任助理的工作能力。

1．工作经历：班主任工作通关（高三两年），三次高三教学，三年教科科室副主任。

特别是在年，我带高三（11），三（12）两个班的英语课，三（12）班班主任，同时，主要负责教科室工作（时任教科室主任的周德富老师因病请假一年）

2．工作业绩：

① 教学方面：所任教班级一直居备课组前。其中年二次ec和劳绩评估居全校第一，三次居全年级第二名，二次获xx市教学质量一等奖。

并在年，高考评估居枝江一中文科组第一名。参加xx市优质课竞赛一等奖，校首届说话二等奖，第二届青兰杯上课一等奖。

② 管理方面：四年的班主任经历中有三次获得示范班级称号（注：枝江一中的示范班级，每个年级每学期期末评一次，且只能评一个）四次五星班级，一次四星班级。这在枝江一中的校史上是不多见的。参加枝江一中首届和第二届班主任五项技能大赛均货一等奖。

③ 教研方面：工作以来，我乐于总结和归纳、勤于反思，有五篇文篇分别发表在《中小学电教》《湖北教育》《教师报》《中学生学习报》等刊物上；另有三篇论文获国家级论文交流一二等奖。

1．我有担任教务处主任助理的年龄优势：30岁，正当盛年，正是甩开臂膀大干一场的黄金年华。

2．我有坚强的后盾，我的战友黄会慧，现夷陵中学一（3）、一（13）班英语教师，同时任一三班班主任，我们同教英语，有着天然的协作和支持的便利条件。

3．家庭支持：不久远在枝江的父母也会到宜昌定居。有了他们的支持，我们便没有了对父母儿子的牵挂，可以全身心投身于工作中去。

基于以上三大方面的原因，我认为我有能力担任教务处主任主力这一职务。下面，我简要谈谈我对教务刘主任助理这一工作岗位的认识。

简单的说，十二个字：“组织协调，当好参谋，做好服务”教务工作细小繁杂，几乎每天都“重复着昨天的故事”。然而教学是学校的中心工作，因而教务工作这便显的尤为重要，一但教学工作某环节出了问题，就会影响整个学校的正常的教学秩序。1．组织协调指的是：协助主任指导课题组，坐好教师的雪原培训工作，新教师的岗前培训工作，抓好校本培训工作，编排四表：教师分工安排表、课表、时间表、值日值周表，完成教学情况的检查汇总反馈工作。

2．当好参谋指的是：定期召开学生座谈会，及时掌握第一手资料，完成教学的数据的统计工作，及时发现问题，并为班主任提供建设行的意见，成立教学顾问团，试题评价机制，优质课竞赛选拔机制，本校先进教师业绩报告会例会制，开办学生陪优辅差班：为实验班开辟图书馆。实验室绿色通道。高一新生开设礼仪课，学法指导课，心理健康教育课。

3．做好服务指的是：为课题组提供服务，帮助课题组完成资料的收集整理工作，具体地向老师们准备好每一期的教育教学理论学习资料，并督促老师们做好理论笔记，做好各类台帐：如教师资料选用台帐，教师条理台帐，师生获奖台帐，师生请假台帐，教师参加大型教研活动或竞赛活动台帐，集体备课活动台帐，教学常规检查、学生的学籍管理和教师

的业务的管理，等等台帐，这必将有效地为过程考核和终端评价积累原始资料。

假如我对于幸竞聘成功，我将笨鸟先飞、不负重望、不辱使命，并从以下四个方面做好本质工作。

1．摆正位置当好配角

在工作中，我将尊重主任的核心地位，处处维护主任的威信。多请教、多汇报、多交流、多总结。

2．加强学习提高素质

在坚持政治理论的学习的同时，不忘加强业务知识和专业技能的培训，不断完善自己，使自己更能胜任本职工作。

3．扎实工作、锐意进取

在发扬夷陵精神的前提下，注重在工作实践中摸索，不断尝试新思想，新路子。

4．勇于实践，乐于奉献：

要勇于将教育教学的理论应用于实践中，反复修改，不断调整，使先进的教育理论成为生产力，同时教务工作是复杂的，巨细无遗，就必须用大量的时间和精力投身其中，有时付出很多却不见明显的成效，但我有充分的思想准备，我将努力工作，将自己满腔的热情奉献到我所热爱的工作中去。

不容置疑，在各级领导和评委面前，我还只是一个才疏学浅相对的陌生学生，一个夷陵中学的新兵，但是我十分热爱夷陵中学，更热爱我所追求的事业，我想借这次机会让大家认识我，了解我，帮助我，支持我。
