1 、出租人同意出租，承租人同意租赁位于_________ 的店房_________ 间，房号为_________ ，电话号码为_________ ，租期为_________ 年，月租金_________ 元（_________ 币）。

2 、在以上第1 条款中所规定的租期，从出租人完成第3 条款所有规定并在7 天内通知承租方后开始生效。
