我看了一个ted视频，说只要你想在两年内有所成就，就能实现目标。

这些东西，包括，你想学一门乐器之类的技能，学写字，学做饭等等。

几乎任何你能想到的，而且还愿意在两年内为这个目标努力的事情，都可以向你展示奇迹。

其实这个视频我好像早就看过了。当时第一眼看到就觉得励志，充满激情，但是看完就忘了，也就放下了。

现在再看到的时候，觉得很惭愧。

因为可能距离上次看到已经两年了，但是这两年我什么都没完成，或者说学了一些本来想达到的东西，就像写作和学钢琴一样。

而在这个过程中，我自己也没有开始，但都是一时兴起，三心二意，半途而废。于是时间一天天过去，两年的时间或长或短，却没有什么可做的。

所以，当我再次看到这个视频的时候，我才意识到，我真的错过了一些成长的好机会，因为我没有坚持，没有规划好自己的目标和实践。

这也让我明白了为什么所有的原则都明白了，但我想要的结果还是没有达到。

说白了，我从来没有真正的坚持和努力过。

既然又看了这个励志视频，为什么不给自己一个奋斗的理由呢？
