我先自我介绍一下，我叫--，是来自湖南的临省江西，欢迎大家来我家玩呀，我一定会包吃包住的哦。现在这里真是竞争激烈呀，各各都是高手，都是非常棒的人，但是我会以最真诚的心态去面对所有的同学，尽我最大的努力去肩负和做好这一重任。我相信我会做到的，所以也请你们相信我。

我认为我可以担任这一职务的原因主要有四个

第一，我有多年担任班干部的经历，有较好的组织能力。搞过多个，元旦和圣诞等晚会，现在不是快要过圣诞节了吗，到时候我们可以弄一个圣诞晚会，好好的玩一玩。

第二，我思维比较活跃，善于与人交流协助人际关系，具有创新意识。

第三，我可以与人团结共事。

最后也是最重要的，我会充分尊重大家的意愿，坚持为大家服务的原则，为大家创造一个愉快的学习和生活的环境。

对于我担任上班长后的工作我也有几点想法。

首先，我会在征求大家意愿后，针对学习上进行一些活动。就我现在的想法，可不可以建立一个互助小组呢。

再来，我现在已经建了一个我们班的群，以后有什么通知等等我们都可以在群上讲，又或者大家有什么问题可以留言，可以全班一起来解决，群号是……

最后，当然是要有一个轻松愉快的生活环境，可以多多组织团体活动，例如，同学的生日，节假日等可以在班上搞小晚会，或者大家一起出去玩等等，总之，大学一定不要想高中一样黑暗了，我们要开心是不是呀。

我讲完了，希望大家多多支持我，若是我有幸被选上了我一定会倾尽全力的，若是我没有被选上，我也不难过，因为我还在这个集体中，一如既往支持班级工作的热情不会变得。
