鉴于甲方与建设单位签订了工程建设总包合同，其中包括电缆沟施工项目需要专业施工分包人完成;

鉴于乙方系具有施工资质的工程建设单位，愿意依照招标文件所规定的质量要求分包电缆沟施工项目并完成;

为了按期完成合同段工程，经双方协商，在遵守总合同的基础上，根据《中华人民共和国民法典》和建设工程法律法规中的有关规定，由乙方承包本工程工程项目。

为明确双方的权利、义务，特签订本合同，以共同遵守。
