为弘扬自强不息的中华民族精神，树立当代学生自立自强、奋发成才的励志典型，引导广大青少年学生积极进取、拼搏奋进，努力成长为中国特色社会主义的合格建设者和可靠接班人。现决定开展2021年广西“自强之星”学生励志典型人物推荐和评选活动，现就有关事项通知如下:
(一)曾获得学生资助政策帮助的全区各级各类学校全日制在校学生和2016年以后的毕业生;
(二)具有良好的思想政治素质，学业成绩优良，品行端正，自强自立，乐观向上;
(三)在爱国奉献、道德弘扬、科技创新、志愿服务、劳动实践以及扶贫攻坚、抗击疫情等方面，有突出的自强励志事迹，在当代学生中能够起到榜样作用。
各设区市教育局可推荐本市学生4人，区直中等职业学校和 高等学校各推荐1人。
各地各校按照推荐名额及要求报送相关材料，由自治区学生资助管理中心组织专家进行差额评选，最终由自治区教育厅确定100名“自强之星”学生励志典型人物名单，并进行发文公布、颁发证书。学生励志典型人物事迹将推荐给有关媒体进行宣传和用于编印宣传资料。
本次推荐和评选活动委托南宁师范大学承办，相关材料报送方式及要求如下:
(一)报送方式:采取纸质版寄送和电子版传送两种方式。各地各校填写《广西“自强之星”学生励志典型人物推荐汇总表》(见附件1)，连同《广西“自强之星”学生励志典型人物推荐表》(见附件2)及规定数额的学生人物简介及事迹材料、推荐学生个人2寸白底证件照1张、个人学习生活照2张等材料一并于2021年4月9日前寄至南宁师范大学学生资助中心办公室(南宁市西乡塘区明秀东路175号)，相关材料电子版打包后发送至邮箱:[email protected]。
(二)报送要求:邮件主题为“自强之星 报送单位名称”;所有附件以word格式报送，各市材料文档统一命名为“市 学校名称 学生姓名”，普通高校和区直中等职业学校材料文档统一命名为“学校名称 学生姓名”;邮件中需注明各推荐单位联系人姓名、办公电话号码、手机号码等信息。
