反思包含两层含义，一是教学实践中的反思，二是学习过程中的反思。教学中的诊断与反思是针对某一课或某一阶段的教学进行诊断，实际上教学诊断与反思如同医生看病，开处方根据病情对症下药是一个道理，教师的教学应是一不断调节和校正的过程。通过反思，每一次调节与校正都对后的教育教学产生影响，教师在一堂课或一个阶段的课上完之后，对自己上过课的情况进行回顾与评价，仔细分析自己上课的得失成败，分析自己的教学是否适合学生的实际水平，是否能有效地促进学生的发展，在哪些方面有待改进，再寻求解决问题的对策，使之达到最佳效果。二是学习过程中的反思，它包括两方面，一方面是通过学习教育教学文献，动用所学到的理论，对自己过去的某些固有观念、想法及教学行为进行重新审视，找出差距，寻出原因，拿出对策，再把自己的思考和分析写出来，以利今后的教学。另一方面要加强教师之间的交流，听同行或专家的课，借他山之石来攻己之玉，别人的教学机智、艺术常体现于令人叹服的教学细节处理技巧中，课后将自己听课中最重要的收获、看法梳理出来，从而寻找到适合自己的经验知识。

1．综合比较——写教、学

教学反思记录应该是说课的外延，它与说课互补。形成一个完整的“说课——备课——授课——写教学反思”的程序。一节课过去了，教师教法应用如何，达到预期目标没有，效果怎样，学生学习积极性如何，与教学要求是否相符，这都是实际操作中常出现的问题。教师应及时进行比较分析，找出问题的关键，把影响教与学的原因综合出来，记录在教学笔记中，日积月累，不断丰富自己的教学经验。

2．扣准要点——写特点

实际上，在平时的教学中，上一节好课不容易，一节课要面面俱到更不可能。一节课能有特色，能有个闪光点，能有一种值得借鉴的好做法，就算是成功。所以在教学反思中就可以把闪光点扼要地记上，写下该节课之特点，有重点有选择地采用教法，设计教学程序，做到一课一特色，课课有特色。

3、实话实说——写得、失
