xxxx年8月24、25日，我参加了教研室组织的小学英语教材培训。在短短两天的学习过程中，我学习了新课标的解读和新课程的解读，切身体会到了新时期的教学任务和要求，明白了自己肩负的责任。

新课程标准的基本理念是面向全体学生，注重素质教育、整体设计目标，体现灵活开放、突出学生主体，尊重个体差异、采用活动途径，倡导体验参与、注重过程评价，促进学生发展、开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道。

通过学习，我对教学评价有了较深刻的体会。评价是英语课程的重要组成部分。科学的评价体系是实现课程目标的重要保障。英语课程的评价应根据课程标准的目标和要求，实施对教学全过程和结果的有效监控。

学生是学习的主体，无论是教学还是评价都应以学生的综合语言运用能力发展为出发点。
