一、思想方面

这一年内我认真学习《新纲要》的指导思想，贯彻在教育教学活动中，不断提高思想觉悟。我热爱幼教事业，严于律己，恪守岗位职责。在工作中努力求真、求实、求新。以积极热情的心态去完成的各项工作。积极要求进步，爱岗敬业，做到耐心、爱心、公平、尊重的对待每一个孩子。

二、教育教学方面
