通过参加学习我领悟到：教授们之所以拥有渊博的学识、极强的语言表达能力、大而广的知识储备量，是因为他们勤于学习、善于学习、善于实践和总结。相比之下，自己学习得太少，学习一贯性不够，经常是断章取义的学，知识面窄，因而“书到用时方恨少”，这就是自己与他们最大的差距，也是这次学习最大的收获。因此，必须从现在起，把学习作为终身必修课，不断重视和加强。无论是个人还是社会，无论是国家还是政党，如果不加强学习，不提高学习能力，势必会被淘汰。要努力掌握和运用一切科学的新思想、新知识、新经验，顺应时代发展实现知识的不断更新。学习本身就是工作的一部分，工作本身就成为一种学习，实践证明，学习问题，不是一个有无时间的问题，关键是想不想学的问题。如果真正认识到学习的重要性，有了学习的强烈愿望和迫切需要，即使工作再忙，也可以挤时间学习。只要有了时不我待的紧迫感，就能够自觉步入“工作学习化”的境界。
