这两天，我和同事们观看了部编语文教材培训直播，感触颇深。与之前一直在用的苏教版教材相比，部编版教材“好教”，但“教好”不易。“好教”，是因为它和现行语文教材相比，有自己明显的优势，它的编排体系更利于教师的教授，更加关注学生语文素养的形成。

1.以阅读策略为主线组织单元内容，这是小学语文教材编写的一大突破。

2.以习作指导编排独立的习作单元，是部编小学语文的一大创新点。

由此可见，部编教材目标更加明确，聚焦小学语文的核心素养，努力培养学生语言文字的理解和运用能力，努力培养学生良好的思维品质，努力培养学生初步的审美能力，解决了教师总是纠结的“教教材”和“用教材教”的难题。这是所有语文老师的幸福。但是要教好这套教材，又绝非易事，需要我们有更强的专业基础，更深的文学底蕴，更具有钻研精神。
