乙方应承担租赁期内实际使用而产生的水、电、液化气费、电话费并按单自行如期交纳所属管理公司或有关机构。

8.2 租赁期内甲方不得收回出租房屋(除非本合同另有规定)，甲方保证乙方可不受干扰的享用该物业。
