　　老师们专业敬业，擅长沟通。面对刚入园的幼儿，三位老师用爱心和耐心引导孩子锻炼自理能力，用鼓励、赏识、参与等科学的教育方法帮助孩子，把爱渗透到孩子幼小的心里。我们深深明白孩子的点滴进步得益于幼儿园的领导和老师们的共同努力。

　　森森在这一年中渡过执拗、规则敏感期，而他的表现极为明显，感谢这三位老师，她们以专业的知识和丰富的育儿经验细心引导，鼓励孩子，并能耐心的指引家长一起渡过孩子的敏感期。老师们对孩子视而己出，浩森试过请假后闹情绪不愿意上学，老师蹲下来拥抱孩子，对他说“宝贝，我好想你了，不哭，我们一起回班上。”虽然是一个小小的举动，但真的让我们好感动。老师对孩子的爱，就像妈妈哄着自己的孩子一样。
