二是工作不够扎实。尽管我们也制定了考勤制度,但有的也流于形式。比如,要求外出时必须在三日内填写外出登记表。这项措施就未能不折不扣地落实到位。这要求各部门中层领导要起积极的带头作用并引导监督本部门。如果领导比员工还落后,要我们领导干什么?对考勤弄虚作假的事情充分说明,我们的工作不够扎实。
三是工作措施落实不到位。考勤机一直问题不断,有时候数据不显示有时候自动出数据,但这些问题都没有着手解决,每次做考勤都得过且过。通过这次事件,有必要换一个新的考勤机,确保考勤的准确性。
总之这次考勤事件发生教训极为深刻,下一步,我们将引以为诫,认真查找工作中的薄弱环节,进一步强化工作措施,确保不发生类似事件。一是进一步加强对考勤重要性的认识,认真做到思想认识到位,行动到位。二是强化督查,严管重罚;三是大力加强考勤奖惩管理,通过制定合理的奖惩制度(包括全勤奖、加班倒休制度),充分调动员工工作的积极性。
