我班幼儿在身体动动方面发展得比较好,但有一小部份幼儿的自.能力还要进一步加强。如:雷沐宸等。大部分幼儿能熟练地进行穿脱衣服、..玩具等,有一定的生活的自.能力,有爱.洁的好习惯。上学期在本班老师的共同努力下,幼儿进餐情况的得到好转,都能自己主动进餐,但还存在个别幼儿挑食现象,因此,在日常的中,教师要具体、形象地向幼儿介绍当日食谱并讲解粗浅的营养知识,通过“看、摸、尝”的亲身经验,了解各种食物的营养价值,培养幼儿爱吃各种食物,并知道喜欢吃的东西也不宜吃得太多,身体超重也会影响健康。
1、能穿脱及..衣服;能..玩具清洁;有初步的生活的自.能力。
2、认识几种常见食物,包括鸡蛋类、蔬菜类等,结合品尝经验,了解一些简单的饮食注意方法。
3、了解一些交通准则,具有一定的安全意识,学会避开危险和应付以外事故的方法。
4、能听信号按节奏上下肢协调的走和跑;能熟练的听各种口令和信号作出相应的动作;能听音乐准确的做徒手操。
5、具有一定的抵御困难、抵御疾病的能力。
6、喜欢并能较积极的参加体育活动,初步养成参加锻炼的习惯;能较自觉的遵守体育活动的规则,并愿意主动的收拾玩具器械
1、创设活动区,教师将一些可以让孩子系鞋带的操作材料放到活动区,让孩子操作,根据班上孩子情况的进行系鞋带比赛。
2、组织一些外出参观活动,通过观察、了解各类食物对人体的益处。还通过讲故事、讲实例等方式鼓励幼儿不挑食、不偏食,养成良好的生活的习惯。
3、 请幼儿园的保健医生到班上对幼儿进行保健知识教育以及认识身体器官,初步懂得保护自己。
4、 每天保证两小时的户外活动时间,每次户外活动中为幼儿准备大量的器材,让幼儿主动参与,并获得愉悦的心情。
5、 开展系列比赛活动,如:穿脱衣服比赛、叠衣服等活动,提高幼儿生活的自.能力。

时光如流水,暑假很快就过完了,又迎来新的学期,而且又迎来一批新生,在此,针对我所代的生物课作一个计划。
本学期的七年级学生仅有83名,而且差生太多,生物又是新开课程,小学没基础,再加上教学改革,学生不适应,所以,学起来很吃力,需花费大量的时间和精力进行教学。所以要想提高成绩很不容易。因此,必须很辛苦地有计划地进行教学。
本学期七年级教材与上一届学生的教材基本一致,教材仍注重对学生的知识、情感、态度和价值观的培养。包括3个单元共7章的内容,第一单元是“探索生命的奥秘”;第二单元是“生物体的结构层次”;第三单元是“生物圈中的绿色植物”。学生通过学习这些内容,了解到生物体就在我们身边,我们应当关心生物,关注生物学;明确了生物体都有一定的结构层次,细胞是生物体生命活动的基本单位;而且生物体都有很多生命现象;通过学习学生还了解到绿色植物是生物圈中作用很大的一类生物,对生物圈的存在和发展起着决定性的作用。教材中还设计了5个探究和10实验活动,是为了激发学生的自主学习能力,使学生对生物产生兴趣。
1、开学初的几节生物课,我先对学生进行生物课改培训,讲明我校的课改新教法,让学生了解我校,重新认识我校,从而,安心地在我校学习。
2、给学生做好思想工作,讲解学习生物的重要性,让学生重视生物,对生物感兴趣,从而很好地学习生物。
3、针对学情,进行因材施教,分类管理,尽最大努力让所有学生都学有所得。
4、根据教材内容,确定教学计划和方法,认真备学案,精心讲解,渗透课改新理念。
5、七年级学生年龄小,各方面都差,而教材内容多,特别是实验和探究这样的动手动脑的活动多,势必就耽误很多时间,因此,必须强调纪律,抓紧抓好课堂时间。
6、针对实验活动,能做的一定做,不能做的也一定认真讲,争取达到实验效果。
7、提倡学生课前预习,课上积极参与讨论,积极动脑思考,认真学习。
本学期七年级生物教材有7章23节内容,时间大约有16周,按每周2课时计,共32个课时,时间仍然很紧,下边是进度安排表:

在新的学期里本人将继续担任七年级5、6、7、8班的生物教学工作,为了出色的完成本学期的教学任务,我必将认真地做好教学工作。特将本学期的教学工作计划如下:
本学期将继续深入贯彻《基础教育课程改革纲要》精神,深化教育改革,构建“双思三环六步”课堂教学模式,努力提高课堂教学的有效性和实效性。
“双思”是指教师反思教学、学生反思学习;“三环”就是定向、内化、发展;“六步”分别是指:提供资源(入境生趣)、了解学情(自学生疑)、弄清疑难(学习释疑)、点难拨疑(练习解难)、反思教学(反思学习)、引导实践(迁移创新)。以《全日制义务教育中生物课程标准》为依据,在继承我国现行生物教学优势的基础上,力求更加关注学生已有的生活经验;更加强调学生的主动学习,增加实践环节。使每一个学生通过学习生物,能够对生物学知识有更深入的理解,能够对今后的学习方向有更多的思考;能够在探究能力、学习能力和解决问题能力方面有更多的发展;能够在责任感、合作精神和创新意识等方面得到提高。为学生们参加社会主义现代化建设,适应社会和继续学习,打下必要的基础。
本学期将继续彻底贯彻落实初一年级的“迈好青春第一步,自信---成功”教育,帮助学生树立正确的价值观,和人生观,成为对社会有用之才。初一年级以自信成功为主体,鼓励学生迈好人生第一步;关注学生心灵花园的耕耘,唤醒学生内心的自尊与自信。
通过去年上一学期年的学习,学生学习的热情较高,对生物这门课比较有兴趣,但也存在着许多问题:
(1)班与班差别比较大,班内两极分化严重。
(2)每个班的人数太多,有时候老师无法估计到所有学生。
(3)优秀率不很突出,一部分同学成绩不太理想。
针对以上问题,我要对学生加以鼓励和引导,争取在上一个新台阶。这些学生大部分都来自农村,基础高低参差不齐,有的基础较牢,成绩较好,有的`则较差。当然也有个别学生没有养成良好的学习习惯、行为习惯。教师争取要做好每一个学生的工作,因材施教,使他们在各自原有的基础上不断发展进步。
本学期讲授义务教育课程标准教材(济南版)——《生物学》(七年级下册)。该教材针对初中生的特点,设置了许多个学生活动,同时还有课外读及小资料对学生的知识面的拓展起积极作用,同时活动又利于学生主体作用的发挥。每一章内容之前设置学习导语,使学生提高了学习兴趣,同时每单元末尾又有信息库,进一步深化及强调基础知识。既增强了学生的主体性,又有利基础知识的学习。
(一)、备课
备课是上好课的基础,是保证教学质量的必要措施。备课应包括以下过程和内容:
l、钻研课程标准,做好教学工作计划。
(1)钻研课程标准,通读教材,了解教学任务、目标、重点和难点。
(2)了解任教班级学生的思想状况、学习态度,学习风气、知识状况等,做到“有的放矢”地进行教学。
(3)制定改进和提高质量的措施,编制教学计划及教学进度表。
2、写好教案。
(1)按照课程标准的要求,反复阅读钻研教材,明确教学目的、重点和难点,明确每一课时的讲述内容。
(2)根据教学内容和要求,搜集、整理、精选参考资料。
(3)全面了解学生生理、心理特点、学习规律和已有的基础知识,结合教材内容写出具体教案。
(4)教案内容包括:课题、目的和要求,重点、难点,课型、课时、教学方法,教具、教学反思等。
(二)、上课
上好课是教学的中心环节,不仅要求具有渊博的知识,而且要掌握进行政治思想教育,传授知识和开发智力的教学艺术,促进学生全面发展。应做到:
