1、 家属任何时间不进入生产车间及办公区域。如发现在以上场所出现,本人愿意接受公司任何形式的处罚。

2、 本人如需带家属入住,须事先向公司行政部提出申请,确认签字后方可携带家属入住。如拒绝签字或未提出申请,私自携带家属入住者,以及携带不符合资格的家属入住者,一经发现将取消乙方住宿资格。

3、 家属入住宿舍,本人负有全部的照顾责任,出现任何意外或事故,均由本人自行承担责任,除因公司承租房屋或购置设备本身的故障造成本人家属的伤害,公司可协助员工对房屋承租方或设备供应商进行索赔外,公司概不负责。

a、如家属有摔伤、压伤、碰伤、砸伤等人身事故伤害,其一切责任由本人承担;

b、因用电原因发生安全事故的由本人负责;

c、如家属之间发生互相打架、纠纷等事件,本人愿意承担责任,与公司无关;

d、如小孩(家属)独自在宿舍及其他场所玩耍发生事故,本人愿意接受公司处罚;

4、本人应主动对亲属进行提醒和教育,使其自觉遵守公司规章制度。

5、本人家属入住宿舍后,应遵守以下基本住宿规定:

a、爱护宿舍区内的一切设施和物品,不得损坏,如有丢失或损坏,应照价赔偿;

b、自觉维护宿舍区的整洁、卫生,不得往窗外倾倒污水,丢弃杂物;严禁随地吐痰,小孩不得随地便溺;

c、在宿舍楼及公共区域内严禁大声喧闹,以免影响到员工的正常休息;

d、严禁在宿舍区内燃放烟火炮竹或进行其他违反消防安全的行为。

6、本人应主动告知其家属公司制定的宿舍管理规定(包含上述第四条基本规定),并要求本人家属严格遵守,且本人负有对其家属的督导责任。

7、如本人家属违反宿舍管理规定,经公司管理人员劝导后仍再犯者,公司将取消本人家属的住宿资格。本人应在公司通知搬离的当日内使其家属无条件配合搬离,否则公司有权一并取消本人的住宿资格;

8、本人如因生活需要购置用电类或用气体类家用设备的,应经公司行政部审验登记后使用,否则,一经发现,公司有权收回,并作出相应处罚。

9、如违反以上条款所造成本人家属(他人或小孩)伤害的,本人愿承担一切责任。 附:家属登记表

8、建立健全并实施本单位的生产安全事故应急救援预案,开展事故应急救援演练工作,确保本单位的生产安全事故应急救援预案得到有效实施。在公司级事故救援中服从公司应急指挥人员指挥。

9、对本单位安全管理的重点场所,地点部位、危险源点等处都要设立警示标志及消防器材,并保持标志和消防器材的完好、醒目。

10、保障按时按量发放不低于国家或行业标准劳动防护用品给分管范围的员工并督促员工按规范使用。

二、 我入职时自愿申请不参加公司的体检,故我个人生病产生的费用由我自己负责。并从入职开始保证在兴达鸿业连续工作一年以上。工作未满7天(含7天)离职不发薪资,并扣除代办费用,同时交回使用物品。工作7天后试用期内离职(含辞职辞退或试用期不合格),不予享受正式员工的食宿水电补贴,将在离职工资中扣除食宿水电补贴费用422元。工作未满一年的扣一个月底薪(1310元)工资,若未经批准而擅自离职,愿意按照公司规章制度接受处理。

三、 我入住兴达鸿业宿舍并已阅读完并理解兴达鸿业《员工宿舍管理制度》,并自觉遵守宿舍管理规定。

四、 我已经参加培训学习过兴达鸿业的《员工手册》、《考勤管理规定》、《薪酬制度》、《门禁制度》等相关制度,清楚理解各项制度中的各项内容并愿意遵守执行。

五、 如违反兴达鸿业的《员工手册》、公司的其他各项规定、通告时,愿意接受公司的处罚,若有违法犯罪行为者交送公安机关部门处理并与公司自动解除劳动关系。

六、 对兴达鸿业出台的各种制度,统一公示在打卡处公告栏处,公示三天如有异议,需在公示期向人力资源部提出,无提出异议则视为同意,理解并接受制度内容。

七、 我进入兴达鸿业时, 公司已明确告知“根据国家规定,每周工作时间不超过40个小时,每月安排加班加点时间不超过36个小时”。但由于我个人想工资高些,并且身体十分健康,我自愿要求:周一至周五每晚延长工作时间两至三个小时,周六与周日工作八至十个小时,实际的工作时间根据打卡记录来确定。对于每月超过36个小时以外的加班,我愿意承担所有责任 。

八、 如违背兴达鸿业的管理规章制度及上述承诺,愿意接受公司辞退、罚款及追偿的处理。

六、在公司任职期间,必须遵守公司规定的任何成文或不成文的保密规章、制度,履行与其工作岗位相应的保密职责。公司的保密规章、制度没有规定或者规定不明确之处,亦应本着谨慎、诚实的态度,采取任何必要、合理的措施,维护其于任职期间知悉或者持有的任何属于公司或者虽属于第三方但公司承诺有保密义务的技术秘密或其他商业秘密信息,以保持其机密性。

八、离职之后仍对其在公司任职期间接触、知悉的属于公司或者虽属于第三方但公司承诺有保密义务的技术秘密和其他商业秘密信息,承担如同任职期间一样的保密义务和不擅自使用有关秘密信息的义务,无论因何种原因离职。离职后承担保密义务的期限为自离职之日3年内
