今天演讲的题目是《优秀是一种选择》。

世界上有233个国家和地区，2000多个民族。除了中国、中华民族之外，还有一些国家和民族也是极其优秀的。他们一起为人类进步做出了重要的贡献，不可替代，其中，德国尤其令人瞩目。

There are 233 countries and districts in the world, with more than 2,000 nationalities. Many of them are quite excellent besides China. They have devoted a lot for the progress of human being. Among them, German is especially outstanding.

说起德国制造，你肯定知道奔驰、宝马、西门子、拜耳、汉高、阿迪达斯等品牌，这些品牌也成为了享誉全球的高品质产品的代名词。那么，是什么原因造就了享誉世界的“德国制造”？德意志民族很晚才开始搞进行工业化，英、法完成工业革命时，德国还是个农业国。但是如今，在这个只有 8000万人口的国家，竟有 2300 多个世界名牌。其中的秘密在哪里呢？

Speaking of ”Made in German”, you must know Benz, BMW, Siemens, Bayer, Henkel, Adidas and so on. These brands represent the high quality products in the world. Then let’s think about this question: What leads to the world-famous “Made in German”?German started its industrialization quite late. It was still an agricultural country when the UK and France had finished their industrialization.However, up to now, this country has over 2,300 world-famous brands with only 8,000 people.

在德国，没有哪家企业是一夜暴富，迅速成为全球焦点的。他们往往是专注于某个领域、某项产品的“小公司”、“慢公司”，它们大多是高度注重产品质量的世界着名公司，也被称之为“隐形冠军”。“德国制造”的优势在于它的质量，它解决问题的专有技术。德国企业发展的一般产品都是具有世界领先水平、高难度，别国一时无法制造出来 的产品。德国30%以上的出口商品，在国际市场上都是没有竞争对手的独家产品。德国人生产的工业制造品，大到挖地铁的掘进机，小到文秘工作中的订书机，从 质量上讲都是世界第一。
