乙方：

因乙方须在甲方管理区域进行高空作业，为确保施工作业的安全可靠，特签订此协议，请甲乙双方遵守以下约定：

乙方在甲方管理区域进行施工作业需遵守以下规定，

1、乙方施工人员须按规定办理出入证件，施工人员进入办公楼内施工，出入证须随身携带，便于物业人员的检查，无证人员一律不许进入办公楼施工。

2、乙方应在指定的工作区域内进行施工，非工作区域严禁乙方人员进入，高空施工人员作业时间为早8：00时——晚18：30时，施工人员早8：00时之前，晚18：30时之后严禁在楼内逗留。

3、乙方施工人员运送施工材料时，保持场地的卫生，运送水泥等液体材料时，提前做好防护，防止液体材料外溅，污染墙、地面。

4、乙方需进入甲方 管理区域内的办公室时，提前进行申请或电话告知甲方，待甲方得到办公室人员允许后方可进入。

5、乙方高空施工人员严禁从窗户进入办公区域，如若发生财产丢失现象，甲方将进行法律诉讼。

6、乙方高空施工人员若在施工期间损坏办公楼窗户、墙面、地面等公共设施时则按价赔偿或修复

7、乙方施工人员严禁在办公楼内卫生间内洗头或擦洗身体。

8、乙方高空作业安全可靠性材料请提前交送监理审核，甲方不承担乙方在高空施工作业期间施工人员的人身安全。

2、思想觉悟不高的根本原因是因为本人对他人尊重不足。

试想，如果对老师有更深的尊重，除了按时完成老师教代的每项作业以外，也会敦促同学完成好，而不是在最后把作业交给同桌抄。

1、按照老师要求缴纳保质保量的检讨书一份！对自己思想上的错误根源进行深挖细找的整理，并认清其可能造成的严重后果。
