scholars are personally selected by british high commissioners throughout the world, sometimes in partnership with appropriate sponsoring organisations.
to be eligible for a chevening award you must:
be a citizen of a chevening-eligible country
return to your country of citizenship for a minimum of two years after your award has ended
have an undergraduate degree that will enable you to gain entry to a postgraduate programme at a uk university. this is typically equivalent to an upper second-class 2:1 honours degree in the uk.
have at least two years’ work experience (this may be up to five years for fellowship programmes, please refer to your country page for further details)
apply to three different eligible uk university courses and have received an unconditional offer from one of these choices by 13 july 2017
meet the chevening english language requirement by 13 july 2017
you are not eligible for a chevening award if you:
hold british or dual british citizenship (unless you are a citizen of a british overseas territory or hold bn(o) and are applying from hong kong)
have previously studied in the uk with funding from a uk government-funded scholarship. chevening alumni are not eligible to apply for a further scholarship but may be eligible to apply for a fellowship five years after completion of the first award.

full-time master's courses starting in september 2017
criteria: full-time;start in the autumn term (usually september/october);lead to a master’s degree qualification.
course cannot be: distance learning; part-time; less than nine months in duration; more than 12 months in duration ; phd or dphil are not permitted.

(3)持有英国大学研究生课程入学所需的本科学位。一般要持有英国二级甲等荣誉学位同等学位;
(4)至少有两年工作经历(可以是五年的奖学金项目，请参看志奋领国家网页了解更多详情);
(5)申请三门符合志奋领奖学金要求的英国大学课程，并且在2017年7月13日之前，拿到任意一门课程的无条件录取通知书;
(6)在2017年7月13日之前，满足志奋领奖学金英语语言要求。

we have 10 full-fee and 25 half-fee scholarships available for students living in china, hong kong or taiwan.
eligibility criteria
to apply for this scholarship you must have already received an offer from the university of bradford to begin your studies in september 2017. you must enclose a copy of your offer letter with your scholarship application form.
you are only eligible to apply if you are domiciled in china (mainland), hong kong or taiwan.
all applicants applying for any ug or pg taught programmes except for mba are eligible to apply (this does not include any pg research programmes).
your application will be considered based on your academic performance, language skills, work experience and your personal statement.

all full-time courses based at the university of bradford (excluding mba, distance learning and external).
