全国推广普通话形象大使选拔赛（xx赛区）

20xx年11月中旬召开新闻发布会宣布大赛正式启动；各地分赛区进行报名、初赛、选拔赛，并于20xx年3月15日前组成参加省决赛的代表队；20xx年3月25日之前在郑州举行决赛阶段的复赛、半决赛、决赛和颁奖仪式；20xx年4月初，组队参加在北京举行的全国比赛。

年满16周岁，具有较高普通话水平，遵纪守法，了解并热心推广普通话公益事业，不限性别、民族、职业。欢迎学校、部队、行业系统集体报名。

参赛选手通过大赛网络系统报名（不收报名费、参赛费），并提供真实详尽的个人资料。大赛承办单位以低于市场价提供推广普通话宣传辅导资料，选手自愿选购。

大赛分分赛区阶段和省决赛阶段进行。

1、分赛区阶段：

（1）预赛：考察内容和形式由各省辖市自定。按报名人数的二分之一比例进入初赛。进入初赛的选手，由省辖市语委办公室颁发本市推广普通话志愿者证书。

（2）初赛：以指定篇目朗读、普通话知识问答方式，考查选手普通话水平和普通话基础知识。进入分赛区选拔赛的选手由省语委办公室颁发xx省推广普通话志愿者证书。

（3）选拔赛：以自备朗诵、形象展示、绕口令、才艺展示、综合知识问答方式，考察选手综合素质。选拔赛选拔12名选手参加省决赛（由市语委办公室或承办单位领导担任领队）。其中最佳选手由省辖市教育局、语委授予本市推广普通话形象大使称号。

2、省决赛阶段：

（1）复赛：以自备朗诵、才艺展示、语言文字知识问答方式，考查选手综合素质。复赛按六分之一的比例选拔进入半决赛的选手。

（2）半决赛：以自备演讲、指定朗读、才艺展示、综合知识问答方式，考查选手综合素质。半决赛按二分之一的比例选拔进入决赛的选手。

（3）决赛：以抽题演讲、讲故事、才艺展示、语言文字知识和综合知识考察选手综合素质。大赛最后名次设一等奖1名，二等奖奖2名，三等奖3名，优胜奖6名，优秀奖6名，并另设最佳单项奖3名。其中一、二、三奖获得者和优胜奖获得者由省教育厅、省语委、xx人民广播电台授予“20xx年xx省推广普通话形象大使”称号，给与物质奖励，并组队参加全国总决赛。

所有获奖选手均颁发相应证书。

1、省决赛阶段聘请语言专家、国家级普通话水平测试员、播音员、影视话剧表演艺术家担任评委。复赛每场评委7名，半决赛、决赛每场评委9名。

2、分赛区初赛阶段聘请语言专家、国家级普通话水平测员、播音员、影视话剧表演艺术家担任评委不少于5名，选拔赛每场评委不少于7名。

十、大赛所有比赛程序均聘请公证人员进行现场公证。
