1.        同意免除自20__年1月1日起至20__年12月31日的授权使用费81,666美金；减免之后，camsing应付的款项为163,334美金（计算方式：245,000 -81,666=163,334）。同意，按本协议约定支付减免后的授权使用费163,334美金后，不再向主张任何费用，包括但不限于授权使用费、违约金等。
