九十年代以来﹐日本一直保持防务(国防)费用总额世界第二﹑人均防务(国防)费用世界首位的状态。日本已完全掌握了核弹技术。近十年来日本受泡沫经济和金融危机的持续影响﹐经济一直萎靡不振﹐可是在军备建设方面却并未松懈﹐一个强大的军事大国已然形成。
