根据《深圳经济特区房屋租赁条例》及实施细则等有关规定，经甲、乙双方协商一致，订立本合同。
合同内容如下：
第一条：甲方将座落于深圳市 区 房屋租给乙方使用。(付家私： )
第二条：乙方租用房屋时间即自 年 月 日至 年 月 日止。
第三条：乙方租赁房屋只能作住宅使用，不得用作其它用途，不得擅自改变房屋功能和屋内设施，更换设施需经甲方同意。
第四条：该出租房的租金为每月 币 万 仟 佰 拾 元整，签订合同时
乙方须向甲方交纳房屋押金 币 万 仟 佰 拾 元整。押金属乙方所有，如乙方违反甲方经济损失，甲方有权从押金中扣除，租约期满结算后退回给乙方(不记息)。
第五条：交租方式基本为每月交一次， 币 万 仟 佰 拾 元整。
每次交租为当月 日前交纳房租。乙方必须依约交付租金，交付方式双方约定，如有拖欠租金，每月按拖欠部分的2%加收滞纳金，拖欠租金 天以上的，甲方可以提前解除合同，收回房屋，并有权追回所拖欠的租金及滞纳金，另扣除押金。
第六条：1、租赁期间，每月的管理费、水电费、电话费、网络费、煤气费、电视管理费及卫生费均为乙方负责。
2、租赁期满，乙方须按时将房屋原状归还甲方，如有需续租须提前三十天与甲方协商。
3、合约中止，乙方须迅速搬走全部属于乙方的物品以清手续，不得借故不交门匙，故意阻滞时间，若合同期终止满五天，乙方物品仍未搬走，则甲方有权自行处理。
4、租期未满，甲乙双方不得借故解除合同，若有特殊原因需要在租期
未满时解除合同，当事人必须提前三十天，以书面方式通知对方，否则;甲方违约，甲方双倍赔偿租房押金给乙方;若乙方违约，甲方有权扣除乙方的押金。
第七条：甲方应负责房屋的正常维修或委托乙方代理维修，如甲方不作维修，又不委托乙方代理维修，所造成房屋毁损的，乙方则不需要承担负责。
第八条：乙方使用房屋和屋内实施时，必须严格遵守中华人民共和国法律及特区
有关系列规定，严格遵守社会公德。乙方不得改变房屋用途、结构、设施。如故意或过失所造成毁损，应负责修理、恢复原状，赔偿经济损失。同时甲方有权终止本合同。
第九条：如发生不可抗力，政府或上级部门征用房屋或土地等情况，本合同自动解除。由此造成乙方损失时，甲方概不负责。
第十条：乙方租房期满迁出时，须双方共同验收房屋和设施正常使用情况无异议后，乙方将所有大门及房门钥匙如数交回给甲方。
第十一条：本合同一式两份，由双方代表签字，甲乙双方各执一份，以签字(名)之日起生效用，均具有法律效力。

13.装运条款：
